Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, schlechte Lage
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sauber und der Ausblick vom Balkon großartig. Es war leise und die Betten bequem. Wir haben die Pools und die Sauna genutzt und sie sind bis 23h nutzbar, was angenehm war.

Cons:

In der Anzeige ist die falsche Lage angegeben. Das Hotel ist viel weiter vom Strand entfernt als hier angegeben und ist in einer ganz anderen Zone der Stadt. Das hat uns am meisten geärgert, weil wir das Hotel wegen der guten Lage gebucht haben. Die Kommunikation läuft auch nicht direkt mit dem Resort, sondern mit den Besitzer*innen der einzelnen Apartments. Vorort gibt es viele Regeln, man darf nicht auf dem Gelände rauchen, auch nicht auf dem Balkon und Aufpreise für alle möglichen Dinge. Außerdem wird man auf und vor dem Gelände von Promotern angesprochen, die einem Apartments verkaufen wollen, was leider etwas aufdringlich war. Auch tagsüber gibt es sehr laute Musik und Animationspersonal am Pool, auch wenn gerade keine Aktivität stattfindet. Das Hotelrestaurant ist sehr teuer.

Excepcional!
Pros:

Gostei de absolutamente tudo. Quarto super confortável, aconchegante, organizado e limpo. Atendimento excelente e atencioso. Só posso dizer que cada detalhe é pensado no bem-estar do hóspede. Área de lazer com um espaço incrível para adultos e crianças. Tudo perfeito!

Cons:

O único ponto negativo é a insistência dos vendedores GAV. Sei a importância do trabalho deles, mas talvez estudar um pouco mais sobre o perfil do comprador e saber direcionar a abordagem certa para o público certo ajudaria.
