Pros:

A estadia foi ótima, e a anfitriã Nina é muito educada e solícita. O café da manhã foi a parte, em que chegava uma cesta toda manhã bem completa. A localização da casa é muito boa, no Centro da cidade. Pude fazer a maioria das programações do evento a pé. A melhor parte é que é uma casa histórica, e foi maravilhoso ter a experiência de vivenciar o ambiente interno de uma edificação tradicional.

Foi ótima. Anfitriã muito receptiva. Exceto o barulho dos gatos no telhado de madrugada:
Pros:

Quarto bem limpo e organizado. Banheiro com tudo que precisamos. Até escova de dente, fio dental a anfitriã deixa para usarmos.

Cons:

Barulho dos gatos a madrugada toda em cima do gesso do quarto. Período muito quente, infelizmente o ventilador não ajuda tanto.

Hospedagem simples, porém agradável. Tenho muita alergia a diversas coisas, e na hospedagem foi tudo muito tranquilo, o que reforça todo o cuidado com limpeza descrito em outras avaliações aqui. Excelente custo-benefício, recomendo!

Cons:

Se fosse para pontuar alguma coisa, colocaria a falta do ar condicionado. Mas tem um ventilador bom, que ajuda a amenizar o calor. Além disso, entendo que o preço que pagamos está totalmente compatível com um quarto sem ar condicionado, portanto, nada a reclamar.
