Pros:

The staff were friendly. There was water, a kettle, towels, etc. in the room.

Cons:

When we arrived at 8 am to check into the room, they charged an extra 500 rupees for early check-in. I killed five small bugs in the room. The location seemed a bit dangerous for walking around at night. The staff were good, but I have to mention the cleanliness.

La posizione è vicina la stazione di Delhi ché è raggiungibile a piedi, la struttura è abbastanza pulita. Ma si può trovare facilmente di meglio allo stesso prezzo.

Cons:

Avevo sbagliato i giorni della prenotazione, anticipandola al giorno prima che arrivassi. Avevo detto alla struttura che avrei pagato anche la notte in cui non sono stato nella struttura, è stato un mio errore. Una volta arrivato all areoporto di Delhi il mio telefono non funzionava, avevo richiesto il servizio taxi, ho aspettato quasi un ora fuori dall aereoporto ma non ho visto nessuno cartello con il mio cognome e dopo un po' sono partito in autonomia. Una volta arrivato in struttura mi hanno detto che dovevo pagare i due giorni di servizio taxi (anche quello del giorno prima nonostante non fossi ancora arrivato a nuova Delhi), per fortuna non sono un turista ma un viaggiatore da tempo, non mi faccio truffare da nessuno anche se lontano da casa e voi siete dei folli. Molto maleducato il ragazzo con gli occhiali che mi ha fatto il check in. Maleducati anche il personale che chiede in continuazione le mance senza chiedere neanche per favore. Cosa piu grave di tutte è che quando la mancia gli viene data, per un servizio compreso nel pacchetto dell hotel, neanche rispondono grazie. Ci sono delle regole mondiali di educazione e rispetto reciproco che vanno oltre il denaro. Povero non è chi non ha soldi ma chi ha l animo come il vostro. Ci sono altre mille strutture a Delhi migliori di questa, sconsigliatissimo e parlando con un altro viaggiatore come me abbiamo riscontrato gli stessi problemi.
