Pros:

Location is great, if you have early flight or late arrival. Personal was very kind and helpful. The room with queen bed is quite small, but its clean and cozy.

Аэропорт Сурабайя на ночь закрывают, поэтому этот отель расположенный прямо на территории аэропорта очень удобен. Поспать ночь и дальше в путь это очень удобно.

It’s could be better
Pros:

Kitchen , and bathrooms , rooms were good size

Cons:

We had asked for an iron it had burnt mark on the iron which made it hard to use and when used it stains my clothes , ants in the master bedroom and cockroach too in the bedroom . Swimming pool was closed when advertised its there

Pros:

The hotel is inside the terminal 1 building which is ideal if you need.

Cons:

The rooms are very dated and have a stale smoke smell.
The shower and sink are in the room and the toilet door barely closes, so there is very little privacy.
The TV didn't work and the plug sockets were not stable to be able to charge our phones.

Pros:

İç hatlar terminal 1 in içinde valizimle yürüyerek 4 dk da iç hatlara gidebildim. Türkiye den geldim Broma yanardağına tırmanmak için, dış hatlardan buraya geçmek 15 dk oldu 4-5 saat dinlendikten sonra bromaya çıktım. Yani oteli bu kadar kısa sürelik kullandım ama Broma dan döndükten sonra valizimi alıp havaalanına bu kadar kısa sürede geçmek mükemmel bir şeydi. Tabi surubaya dan Bali ye geçtiğim için iç hatlar terminal 1 i kullandım.
Eğer surubaya ya sadece yanardağ için geldiyseniz burdan Bali ye geçecekseniz mükemmel seçenek.

Cons:

Sevmeyeceğim şeyleri düşünecek kadar uzun kalmadım. Konfor aramadım sadece geldim 4 saat dinlendim ve çıktım. Sessiz olması güzeldi ama çok da temiz sayılmaz.

Cons:

Probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It seemed a good idea to stay overnight in the airport as I had a late arrival and early departure the next day, but it turned out to be a big mistake. The room was swarming with cockroaches. The noise from the hallway was permanent. In the middle of the night people didn't hesitate to speak loudly and the soundproofing was absent. I hardly slept at all. My advice: take a taxi and find a decent hotel in the city.
