We stayed one night before our departure from Turkey. The location is not too far from the airport and they provided shuttle services to the airport for 20 euro which was quite convenient. The location of the hotel was near several grocery stores and inexpensive eateries.
The room was pretty hot and stuffy which made it difficult to sleep at night. Also the hotel does not have filtered ventilation. There was a fire outside during the night and our room smelled strongly of smoke even with our window closed. This took some time before the fumes dissipated. The communication with the hotel prior to arrival was quite frustrating - I inquired about the shuttle service TO the airport from the hotel prior to our departure from home. I was informed to notify them of my flight info two days prior to my arrival. I did this, repeatedly, and then they set me up with a shuttle FROM the airport. It appears they never read my multiple emails since they then notified me to let the front desk know after I checked in.

Very noisy in the room.
Could not close the window tightly, resulting in high and frequent road noise even during the night.
No teeth brushes, no bathrobe.
Hair all around the bathroom also on the walls.
Flickering lights.
And no drink water in the room.
Cups are dirty and old, couldn’t use them.
Not working TV, not even local TV streaming, even though there is a possibility to connect to the TV from your device, it is not functioning. Moreover, overlaps with other neighbours.

Very clean room with comfortable beds. The customer service and reception staff were friendly, supportive, and highly responsive. The airport pick-up and drop-off shuttle was easy and convenient.

The location is good, few restaurants and markets around.
The room did not seem like it was properly clean. Bed sheet, blanket and even the pillow cover had visible stain on them. Floor was sticky. Washroom sink and shower had moldy looking stain. Some of the light were not working.
