Definitely not a 4-star hotel experience

Cons:

Dirty, bad management, rooms are poorly maintained.
1.The shower is leaking and you cannot take a normal bath.
2.Dirty stains all around- walls, floor, bathroom, furniture.
3. No tv in rooms, no fridge, no coffee machine
4. Towels are ripped and old

First room we got, the floor was flooded and on waves. We got a new room that was actually a downgrade.
Disappointed for a 4-star hotel.
