L’établissement est bien situé et la chambre était propre.

Cons:

La chambre est vraiment très petite et il n’y avait pas suffisamment de couverts pour deux personnes.
Le point le plus problématique concerne toutefois la politique commerciale. Nous avons reçu de nombreux e-mails automatiques, ce qui est assez intrusif. Plus choquant encore, l’établissement propose des cadeaux en échange d’un bon commentaire. Cette pratique est regrettable sur une plateforme comme Booking.com.

Bequeme Betten, einfacher Selbst-Check-In, sauberes Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung.

Cons:

Defekte Heizungsthermostate führten zu einer Überhitzung des Zimmers, so dass an Schlaf nur bei weit geöffneten Fenstern zu denken war. Am anderen Tag kam direkt der Hausmeister vorbei und behob das Problem. Für mich allerdings zu spät. Ich hätte mir direkt ein anderes Zimmer gewünscht.

De confortable no tiene nada.

Buena comunicación por mensajes con la propiedad. Servicio de internet muy bueno. Ubicación correcta.

Cons:

Extremadamente pequeño, aprox. 8m2. Falto de limpieza, las sábanas estaban asquerosas. No había cocina ni utensilios básicos para cocinar, únicamente microondas, nevera, cafetera y tostadora. La calefacción no funcionaba. Muchos ruidos de las demás estancias. Muchos de los servicios que se detallan corresponden a áreas externas pero no del apartamento en si. El check-in es a las 5pm, y el check-out a las 11am, seis horas para que te entreguen una pocilga. Resultó carísimo para lo recibido.

Gute Lage , spätere Check-in ist kein Problem

Lage war perfekt , von Bahnhof war zu Fuß 10-15 Minuten zu laufen

Check-In, Check-out und Kommunikation war sehr gut organisiert

Arrivee et depart faciles

Cons:

1/ Salle de bain wc microscopique. Eau chaude tres longue a venir
2/ l'accès a la cour pour garer nos velos se fait par une espece de mini échelle!
3/ le coin dejeuner est dans un placard. C est aussi le cas du frigo. Bizarrement la photo que j ai voulu publier n a pas été acceptée malgré un redimensionnement et verification de son extension en jpg
