Lugar con encanto
Pros:

Casita completamente nueva, la habitación con estilo rústico/marinero con pared en piedra, detalles en madera y electricidad vista estilo antiguo.
El personal muy amable y la zona muy tranquila.
La cama grande y muy cómoda, y el baño moderno.

Cons:

Me faltó alguna pequeña mesilla y silla, quizá bajo la ventana, por poner algo.

Sehr angenehme Unterkunft, tolle Vermieterin.
Pros:

Sehr schön eingerichtet.Es gibt eine Terrasse wo man auch das Motorrad abstellen kann. Wasser Kaffee und Bier ist auch da. Die Unterkunft ist dicht am Wasser und der Hafen ist auch nicht weit. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder

Trotz traumhafter Strände und wunderbarer Lage für unsere Bedürfnisse ungeeignet
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt prima und zentral in Arbatax, unweit der kleinen Buchten und in Hafennähe. Alle wichtigen Punkte des täglichen Bedarfs sind fußläufig erreichbar: Restaurants, Geschäfte und Ausflugsziele liegen bequem in der Nähe, was den Aufenthalt wirklich entspannt und unkompliziert macht.

Besonders angenehm ist die Lage in Hafennähe mit kurzen Wegen zum Hafen und zu den Stränden, sodass man morgens oder nach einem Ausflug schnell per Fußweg ans Wasser gelangt. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, was die Anreise deutlich unkomplizierter gestaltet und das Parken rund um die Unterkunft sehr bequem macht.

Die Gastgeberin war ausgesprochen nett und bemüht, unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Sie stand jederzeit freundlich zur Verfügung, gab hilfreiche Tipps zur Umgebung und hat sichergestellt, dass wir uns willkommen und gut betreut fühlten. Dieser persönliche Service hat den Aufenthalt enorm aufgewertet.

Die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft verdient besonderes Lob: Sie war durchgehend sauber, gepflegt und ordentlich. Man merkt, dass Wert auf eine ordentliche Behandlung der Räume gelegt wird, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm macht.

Zusammenfassend: Eine sehr saubere Unterkunft in zentralen Lage von Arbatax, mit Parkplatz vor der Tür, freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeberin und guter Nähe zu Restaurants und Hafengebieten. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen und entspannte Tage vor Ort.

Cons:

Zimmergröße und Aufbewahrung: Das Zimmer empfand ich als deutlich zu klein. Es fehlten Abstellmöglichkeiten für Koffer, weshalb wir unsere Gepäckstücke lieber im Auto gelassen haben. Für längere Aufenthalte ist der Stauraum schlichtweg nicht da.

Bettkomfort: Das Bett war durchgelegen und viel zu weich, was zu einem weniger erholsamen Schlaf geführt hat. Für längere Aufenthalte ist eine festere Unterlage wünschenswert.

Platzangebot: Für mehr als zwei Nächte reicht der vorhandene Platz nicht aus. Es fehlt an Bereich zum Sitzen oder Verweilen im Zimmer, was besonders bei schlechtem Wetter oder längeren Aufenthalten spürbar ist.

Unterhaltung/Medien: Der Fernseher ist winzig und bietet wenig Sehkomfort. Größere oder bessere Bildschirme würden das Zimmer deutlich aufwerten.

Verpflegung/Verfügbarkeit in der Umgebung: Im Ort waren tagsüber (von ca. 13:00 bis 20:00 Uhr) fast alle Läden geschlossen, mit Ausnahme einer Gelateria. Man sollte sich darauf einstellen und gegebenenfalls entsprechend vorsorgen, da man während des Tages kaum Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hat.
