Cons:

The air conditioner was noisy, for someone who can't tolerate any sounds while sleeping it was uncomfortable however the owner provided a fan so it was quite helpful

A cozy studio in a great location
Pros:

The location was great! 2 minute walk to Lawson, Thai Massage, Subway, Jollibee and more! Also under a 10 minute walk to the SM Hypermarket too!

The studio is very cozy, with great amenities, is located on the 8th floor so sounds from the nearby highway and road is muffled. The AC was great, and the kitchenette was great with cutlery, plates/bowls, rice cooker, hot plate and 1 pot and 1 pan.

The owner of the studio was very helpful - thank you! Always happy to assist with any questions pretty much anytime during our stay.

The bed is comfortable, and there’s plenty of space for 2 people.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there is construction across the building so this may be noisy at times. As there might be debris that fall from the building during construction, note that the pool is fully covered and no sun will be around the pool area.

Also, unfortunately the building is in the process of exterminating cockroaches and there were a few during our stay in the room. The owner advised that the building management is aware and still to complete a few rounds of extermination. In future to note, close all food containers in case. Otherwise our stay was great!
