Though the location of the hotel is ok for us, it is located in a lane that is narrow and difficult for cars to easily pass through, especially it being close to Ajmal Khan Road, which is a full fledged market for all sorts of items, which is both a plus and a minus due to the crowd. We enjoyed the stay. Reception and support staff were good.

Cons:

Lacks maintenance. If they go room by room and note down the problems in bathrooms, toilets and rooms, and correct them, that will keep the guests happy. Guests do not like faulty facilities. There are many items which can be replaced without much expense. Baths must have stools about 2 feet high, without which senior citizens will have problems bathing as bending is not possible for them. These are all not expensive. Their kitchen and the adjacent room are horrible. These, if kept spick and span, guests won't go out to dine.

rooms smelt damp and cold, bed sheets and towels were wet, reason given due to the recent rains the linen got wet. bathroom not very clean. Very old property, not maintained. would not recommend this place. not worth the money

Disappointing, never come back and will not suggest this hotel to anyone. 8.5 rating is fake.

There was nothing good at the hotel. Though staff was helpful.

Cons:

The rooms were shabby and dirty. They did not clean the room before our arrival. We had ask them to clean it. The bedsheets and were old, unwashed and dirty full of stains which was very off putting and ruins the mood. The bathroom was disgusting. The bathroom floor flooded with water after taking shower. There were mould everywhere in the bathroom. Rusted hinges and dirty floor which was slippery and not safe to walk. These are basic thing which a hotel no matter how basic should take care of. We paid 8000 for two nights. In one word the hotel was 'disappointing'. I believe all the reviews this hotel have are fake. If you wanna stay in this hotel better check the rooms before paying. That was the mistake I made.
