Best priced hotel in the middle of karol bagh market. Staff are very courteous. The breakfast was really nice and staff serving them were kind and courteous. The hotel GM came and met us during breakfast, which made us feel valued. Overall good hotel

NO BREAKFAST PROVIDED AT THE TIME OF OCCUPAYING THEY SAID COMPLEMENTARY B/F WHEN WE SETTLE THE BILL ALL THEY CHARGED.6 EGG SCRAMPLE 960/-EVEN FOR DRINKING WATER THEY CHARGED VERY HIGH NO PROPER BILL JUST WRITE IN WASTE PAPER AND SHOWN THIS MUCH.FIRST PAYMENT ALSO THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO ACCEPT CARD PAYMENT.FINAL PAYMENT FOR DRINKING WATER BREAKEFAST AND A DINNER CHARGED AROUND 13000/-FOR WHICH HE DID NOT MAKE ANY SYSTEM GENERATED BILL HE SAID THAT IS LOCAL ARRANGEMENT NO BILL. ALSO GIVEN A G PAY ACCOUNT OF SOME ONES PERSONEL NOT PANICKERS RESIDENCY.

SHOULD HAVE PROPER BILL PAYMENT TO THE COMPANY NAME .SHOULD AVOID HIDEN CHARGES.SHOULD BE REMOVED FRONT OFFICE STAFF.ALSO REASTAURANT VERY BAD SITUATION NO STAFF.
