I didnt stay there was no keys
Pros:

I need my money back not good area full of people with drug use and i opened the front door went up to the stairs and the keys wasn’t there i need my money back otherwise it will go somewhere serious

Pros:

The location was good and it was easy enough to gain access to the room.

Cons:

I booked a deluxe apartment and was put in a studio. All of the details on booking.com stated the rooms came with air con, but apparently this studio doesn't have it. The check in document from the owners gave incorrect WiFi details. There were two people staying and we were only given one set of towels. The shower is in desperate need of a de-scale, as the water wasn't coming out properly. The kitchen tap was practically hanging off.
Not what I was expecting I'm afraid.

Outstanding as always
Pros:

Staff are friendly and there if you have enquiries or need help. facilities are always clean and comfortable. I prefer the new way to gain entry to the apartment.

Cons:

The only thing I can think of doesn't have anything to do with the apartments.
the bins outside were quite full and not in the bin sheds.

Poor experience. Unorganised and was given someone else room with their belongings in it.
Cons:

Was given the wrong details for property and was provided another customers entry details. Ended up entering someone else’s room! Do not recommend. I have also asked for a refund as did not get to stay there in the end and had to book elsewhere and they ignored me

Shocking
Pros:

It was already dirty like someone had been partying in there already with vodka bottles and mess everywhere.
There was no toilet roll and the towels were already dirty. The bed had marks on it like people had been sleeping in it. All the cups had been used. Horrible standards I would like a full refund please.
