The stay would of been okay if I had the chance to be let in
I'm disappointed with my stay so far. I booked this accommodation expecting a smooth experience but I've been continuously reaching out to the host for the door code and have yet to receive a reply. This lack of communication has made my arrival frustrating and it's not the level of service I anticipated.

Absolutely nothing, disgusting and terrible. Marks all over the place and pure dirt everywhere
The walls were dirty followed by the table and the floors. The headboard was broken. The kitchen was absolutely atrocious. And the to top it off a door was “fixed” by putting a spatula to hold it. The door had no knob. It was unsafe to say the least. Absolutely stank in the entire apartments. The fridge was one filthy and had a horrible odour and 2 it didn’t even work.
That is was around the corner from my work place.

wasted a whole day and a half due to the first apartment's tv not working and the wifi being very weak

I booked for 3 adult room for 2 night and end up in a room with only 1 bed available, difficult to locate the room cos assistant was not available also smoking was smelling all over the room. So annoying and disappointed.
Nothing the place was disgusting unclean food everywhere and they haven’t gave me a refund yet, it was that bad we couldn’t even stay, there wa stains on the bed and we couldn’t even stay there

Only 2 toilet rolls provided for 5 days. No working sky tv as advertised. Raised this to the staff who stated a remote would be provided. However this did not happen unfortunately. The sky tv wasn’t even paid for
Waiting dor a refund as did not even stay in there for 5 mins was not even clean pizza boxes dirty bedding and floor wasnt not cleaned either is loke it had already been used before i got there after a long day off work and had to make other arrangements would never reccomened

The pictures online are nothing like the apartment we was given. Is was more of a squatters den than an apartment suitable to stay a week in.
Cracked tv with lines acccross, wet flooded carpet, smashed window, burns in the sofas , no sky that it says it has, not cleaned at all, 1 cup in the kitchen, pans with mould in, complete shambles for the price.
Spacious
Property had damage which was not said, such as light bulbs, blinds, and no towel. I was not given the property I was showed on booking.com
