They cancelled the reservation done with booking.com while I contacted the property through the telephone number which is provided to pay advance amount and rebooked on the same date and same amount on their own to avoid paying the portion of money to booking.com. I was really upset the way they do the business. I have all the proof that I have stayed in the property on the above dates.

I SHOULD HAVE READ REVIEW on Google before booking this one. Worst ever experience and ruined our holiday. Booked and paid the deposit as they wanted. Got email saying all confirmed. But on the day of checking in got an email saying booking cancelled with no reason given. We were already on the way travelling with children and good 500 k travel. Tried to call their customer service, they would not answer and asked me to call booking.com. Booking.com was even worse. Nine of their contact numbers work and their online portal does not work. Still sent a message, but no response. We were anyway on the way and reached there. Guy at desk told me there is no booking made. Ended up paying 3 times the money as it was last minute booking. Then I looked at google and exactly same experience with another customer. It looks like based on the demand FAB hotels will cancel your booking to get more money from others!! I could not belive, booking.com responded by email after 2 days. Just to say sport for our experience and not got money back.

Bathroom was smelling of urine as soon as we entered. After requesting for cleaning it did not get better.
Only one bath towel and no hand towels were in the room for 2 persons upon check in. They were provided after requesting only.
Bathroom doormat has not been changed for a decade maybe. Kindly use fresh door mats for rvery guest checking in!!!

Its a Scam. This has by far been the worst booking experience I have ever had. I booked three rooms about 10 days in advance and paid an advance amount to this hotel. We were traveling as a family and had journeyed nearly 500 km to reach this place.
One day before our scheduled stay, I received a message stating that my booking had been canceled. I tried calling the hotel multiple times, but no one answered. I also attempted to contact the person from FabHotel who had collected the advance payment—there was no response from them either. When I contacted FabHotel customer support, they told me that my booking was only “temporarily reserved.”
Upon reaching the hotel, I was informed that all online bookings had been canceled. The person at the reception didn’t even ask for my name and simply stated that all online reservations were canceled. I am still unsure whether my advance payment will be refunded.
This experience makes me believe that FabHotel/Oriva may be running a serious scam. I also heard from locals that this property frequently changes its name and online listings to cheat customers out of their booking amounts.
Do not book this hotel unless you want to risk being stranded and forced to find an expensive alternative at the last minute.
Booking for this property is handled by fab hotels and they messed it up royally. They overbooked the hotel room and we were stranded without a room standing in the middle of the road with a six months old baby. They overbooked the rooms and when i called customer care, they listened and disconnected the call and just cancelled the booking. Pathetic service and customer service, never book any rooms handled by Fab Hotels.
