Beautiful view saved the day.
Pros:

The view was fantasticl. The room was not stocked with items I would expect for the price- no Kleenex, one wine glass. The gym in Tower 3 where our room was was in very poor condition. Only about 10% of the equipment was operational. We needed to go to Tower 1 for our gym which was a long walk. The pool was only open in Tower 1; again, a long walk. No mention was made in our description of amenities of the above.

Cons:

The coffee service i ask the maid she told me to call the concierge .. I need water bottle and she call concierge they send u then charge u then.. no vending machine for water or beverage just one vending machine snack

Would like to stay again in the future
Pros:

No breakfast. Quite. Clean. View was awesome. Car hop employees were fantastic at the signature.

Cons:

Dropped off car and luggage at the MGM not knowing we weren't staying at MGM.
Luggage took over 4 hours to receive. Manager at signature did a good job tracking luggage down.

The reality did not match the hype and it was expensive
Pros:

The hotel does not have a casino so is quieter - room was a decent size but smaller than the blog makes out.

Cons:

The room is not part of the hotel management so is not serviced or well supported. The furniture is becoming dated as is the bathroom. There is no laundry in the room but on site.

Big, great view, balcony, quiet, didn't have to walk through big casino.

Cons:

No staff, extra fees for house keeping, tower was hard to get to for drop offs, need key for elevators so no delivery to door, no food or drink options, no drink vending machine.
