Ealing Broadway Great Stay 7-Minute Walk from the Underground

- The self check-in process is unclear, and the information provided is insufficient. I had difficulty checking in, and customer service was not very helpful.
- The bed/mattress is uncomfortable.
-The accommodation is right next to a busy railway line and is very noisy.
- It is not clean enough, and when I touch the bathroom door, I get paint on my hand.
- Considering the location and the accommodation (it is a room in a house), price is expensive.

The room had bugs and a pillow and bedsheets had blood stains

My room faced the railway line, so there was noise through the night.

We reported what appeared to be bed bugs before we even went to sleep and provided photos and videos showing what we found, alongside photographs of bites we experienced. Despite this, the property has continued to deny the issue and dismiss our request for a refund.

Our sleep was severely disrupted, and we felt uncomfortable staying there. We raised our concerns immediately, giving them the opportunity to address the situation, yet we have still received no refund.

It is appalling to provide photographic and video evidence and still feel completely dismissed. GOT BITTEN ALL OVER TOO. Their response has left us feeling that keeping our money matters more to them than taking our concerns seriously. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise booking elsewhere.

We didn’t get that far. As one hour before the arrival and we hadn’t got the full address they told us it was over 25’s only. Even when I explained it was for a family event and it was just a place to sleep they refused to let my son stay. Appalling and then they said as a gesture of goodwill they would refund me! A gesture of goodwill - you cancelled me!

Worst hotel experience ever. I stayed in August, and the room was a sealed box with no opening windows, no AC, and no fan. It felt like being trapped in a sauna, and I couldn't sleep a wink all night due to the suffocating heat. When I told the receptionist that I couldn't breathe and asked to change rooms, she said she would talk to the manager and ghosted me. They were quick to call and chase me for payment, but completely unhelpful when I faced this issue. Avoid this room in the summer!

No wifi and mobile network and comminication was not easy if something is wrong.

Noises close to Tran track and the noise was terrible I could not sleep or hear myself request to change to quiet room was not successful. Bathroom door was broken I reported it both g happens I was uneasy for all of my stay thinking someone would walk in on me or that I would get locked in. I would not recommend

In the previous stays the room had an en suite bathroom so I presumed it would be the same this as it wasn’t specified that there WASN’T en suite, this was disappointing. Also there was no where to hang clothes and the only window to open was a huge bi fold door which I didn’t know if it was secure.

Flot nybyggeri ved første øjekast. Men dårligt lavet. Der er meget lydt. Toilettet nedenunder virkede ikke. Ovenpå var låsen i stykker. Dårlig seng og vinduer kan ikke åbnes. Dårlig vedligeholdt. Vi valgte stedet da det var 5 min fra togstationen og vi skulle tidligt af sted. Kan ikke anbefales på nogen måde.

I accidentally reserved the wrong room and the staff refused to let me switch which was the same price but had a private bathroom and windows. The room I accidentally booked had no open windows and the room had no ventilation and was stuffy and too hot. I had to keep my room door open at times to let some air in.
