Pros:

So close to the subway. Very clean

Cons:

I did not received the exact location and details for entrance to the room ahead of time. I could not make proper arrangements for transport to the airport. I could have taken the subway and walk to the property. Instead I took a taxi to the airport to be able to arrive on time, thinking that a person was waiting with the key.

Not an hotel
Pros:

Very good location. Close to transport links and town centre. Good communication with owner who answered queries promptly. Clean, modern style outside and in. Good hot shower, comfortable bed. Good size room.

Cons:

This property is not an hotel which I found out when asked to complete a very lengthy security questionnaire which then enabled me to receive address and entry details. It is a privately owned, purpose built development of 3 units. In the unit I stayed in there are 5 individual rooms over 2 floors, a shared bathroom on each floor, and a shared kitchen on the ground floor.I had a private en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is not very well equipped with crockery, only one mug available. Tea, coffee and sugar available but coffee jar empty. Only 1 teatowel. My room was extremely hot. Located approx 10M metres from very, very busy train tracks, so very noisy. Thankful I always travel with earplugs. NO TV, NO hairdryer so unable to wash my hair. But it is a low budget option.

If we had known the reality we would even have entertained it.
Pros:

Location good, that's all you could say for it.

Cons:

One wall was not a wall but a wooden, unsoundproofed divider which meant every sound made on either side of it was heard by all - just imagine what that did for the experience of two unconnected families. The bedside light had been disconnected. Overall the online description fell a long way short. Very misleading.

Pros:

Be aware, rude staff members, and no accommodating.
I had booked through booking.com and requested for details in getting to the property following our uber not identifying the location. Firstly it was not clear that this was not a hotel and in fact was a property.

Secondly, when I called the property I requested for details regarding the properties location. This was refused. I was advised that they would only share the location after they had received the documentation to prove my identify. I provided this with no issues.

I then requested for the address of the property as it remained unclear. They refused and then requested for the deposit before sharing location. At this point it became suspicious and I did not wish to get scammed so I said I can pay at the property just to ensure it existed as no property was highlighted after the uber destination. At this point they already had my driving licence details. They refused and the phone conversation was terminated. They then highlighted I did not show up for the visit and claimed my funds. Be aware of this property. I have lodged a complaint and requested for my funds. I The conversation was recorded and will be submitted as evidence if required. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Great place to stay, tucked away but still in the heart of Ealing.
Pros:

Location. Clean and modern property. It's on the same road where some of my friends live. I used to live nearby.

Cons:

Plates and crockery from other guests left out to drain in the kitchen

Not a private apartment but independent rooms with shared toilet/shower room and kitchen and noisy environment at ni
Pros:

Clean, spacious rooms. Recently refurbished toilet/shower room. Fully fitted kitchen.

Cons:

Shared toilet/shower room and kitchen. Failed to realise these facilities were shared with other tenants of rooms in guest house rather than part of a two bedroom private apartment, as was sought/required. Also noisy/creeky floorboards of upper floor room and frequent/regular nearby passing train rail noises heard in the dead of night. Finally, no opening windows to ventilate room, no TV and no hairdryer although this was advertised as available. Security deposit per room, even if multiple rooms booked.

Cons:

I thought it was a hotel but it is actually an Airbnb.
It was a bit cold at night, the heating did come on but not that much. It wasn't unbearable though.
