Awful ! Scam and crooks

I got charged double for 1 night stay and I still have. It been reimbursed! Thieves ! As are booking.com

I will not be staying again, avoid if you can
Pros:

The property was fine, good location, very basic but we only stayed one night so it didn’t matter.

Cons:

The management was appalling. On the day, whilst travelling, I received an email asking for details of the other person staying in the property, which I provided. Then they asked for reason for staying and said I need to pay the safety deposit but didn’t give instructions on how. I didn’t receive the address or any instructions on how to get there so it took me a while to find it. Finally I found it but couldn’t enter without the code. When I called the number provided in the confirmation email the person I spoke to said I need to pay the deposit but again, didn’t say how to do that or how to get in. She said she’ll get back to me in five minutes. Half an hour later nothing so I tried calling the number but no answer. Finally three hours later and only after I’ve spoken to Bookings customer service I received instructions for paying the safety deposit and after I did that I got the instructions on how to enter the property. It was an incredibly stressful experience and I wish I chose a more expensive place to stay.

Waste of time and money!

Customer service very poor, phones never answered. Spent 2 hours(even more) trying to get hold on someone and driving around the area. Apartments are hidden out of the street and impossible to find. Rooms are not as shown, much smaller,you have to go through some kind of "check" to be able to get into the property/room which wasted another 30-40 min.You have to share kitchen and bathroom with other people out there. Room walls are so thin(it looked like wardrobes separating rooms) that u can hear people breathing in another room. Have not stayed even 5 min as did not feel safe. Staff not willing to help at all and just lying. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! They do not provide holding deposit paid if you decide not to stay,have to wait who knows how many days for it. Do not recommend!!!

Good location and helpful staff
Pros:

Nice facilities and a great location with loads of delicious foods nearby. Staff were helpful through messages

Cons:

The property is located right by the train tracks and is not very sound proof, we could hear the train every time it went by. Fine for us but might not be the best for light sleepers. Could’ve been a bit more clean too, but nothing too bad
