Pros:

Visited the hotel in the off-season, so there were very few guests. They did their best to accommodate, given the reduced resources.
The people in the hotel did not speak English (their manager was available via phone for any translation, that worked well, better than expected!), but very friendly and attentive.

Cons:

The wifi seems to block some services, but the speed was good.
The bathroom has a design failure. When showering, the water will always splash on the floor, and then it trickles away somewhere behind the tub. But not my problem.

Overall the stay was excellent. We didn't have any problem. Check-in was smooth. Rooms clean
Pros:

Breakfast included a good variety of fruits, protiens, carbs etc. it was all clean and well prepared, staff was very friendly.

Cons:

Having an elevator would be better and a fan in the room.

We were charged $3 per person per night extra which i think was not required,secondly for pickup they charged som 85000 though it takes 2000 som by yandex.we felt cheated .

Ride in Bukhara
Pros:

The hotel is spotlessly clean and comfortable. The breakfast is generous and the blini were superb. The staff were very patient with me even though I speak no Uzbek or Russian. Azizbek was exceptional. He found an equestrian center where I rode and arranged everything, answering all my questions. My stay in Bukhara was magical.

Cons:

That I had to leave.
