Leuke locatie, maar heel luid om te slapen

Het was een leuke locatie.

Overlast van het geluid. In de straat zijn er luide live optredens tot in de nacht.

You cannot get any rest at this hotel.
Pros:

The location is excellent as it is on a side street behind the main street Istiklal, close to shops, sights and public transportation
The facility is clean
Small breakfast area outdoors with a decent breakfast included in the price.

Cons:

The area has become EXTREMELY noisy with bars playing loud music until the early hours of the morning, be it a weekend or a week day.
The hotel has NO double glazing or any other way to eliminate the extreme noise coming from live bands, live singers or karaoke happening underneath the windows of the rooms especially those with numbers ending in 02 and 03 no matter which floor one stays in
When we complained about this to the owner, he replied that he 'needs money' to stop the noise. He offered to take us to another of 'his' hotels if we paid 16 euros per room, per night. We had 3 rooms for 5 days, that means extra 240 euros to the already 1000+ we had paid. We refused to give him even more money!
Every morning he greeted us with a huge smirk on his face asking us 'did you sleep well'. Other guests were also complaining (when we met at breakfast).

Posizione centralissima nei pressi di piazza taksim.
Tanti locali dove cenare o fare aperitivi.
Personale estremamente gentile, disponibile per ogni necessità.

Cons:

La struttura è essenziale, bagno estremamente piccolo senza alcun appoggio per le cose personali.
La zona circostante è molto movimentata, la musica dei locali si sentiva in stanze e rendeva difficile il sonno.

Расположение огонь, близко от всех тусовочных мест. Живой район. Все в пешей доступности. Разрешили выехать позднее за символическую плату.

Cons:

Очень шумно в номере. Спать не возможно - внизу каждый день живая музыка в баре до 4ех утра. Скудный завтрак.

RELAXING 2 NIGHTS FOR US, DURING THE DAY WE WERE MOSTLY OUT EXPLORING.

LOCATION WAS GOOD , STAFF WAS EXCELLENT SPECIALLY Mr. CEBRAIL DELICE AT THE RECEPTION. HE IS A GEM OF A PERSON. THE HOTEL HAS NO DIRECT APPROCH FOR TAXIS & THEY ARE PARKED ABOUT 150M AWAY FROM HOTEL ENTRENCE, CEBRAIL WAS VERY KIND TO COME & HELP US UNLOAD THE BAGS FROM THE TAXI AND CARRY IT TO OUR ROOMS , HE ALSO GAVE US EARLY CHECK IN AS WE HAD AN ALL NIGHT FLIGHT FROM LONDON & REACHED HOTEL AROUND 9AM. HE CARRIED OUR BAGS TO THE TAXI WHEN WE CHECKED OUT & WE DID HAVE SOME HEAVY BAGS AS WE WERE RETURNING FROM A MONTH LONG TRIP OF UK & STAYED IN ISTANBUL FOR 2 DAYS. HE BOOKED A WONDERFUL CRUISE FOR US WHICH WE REALLY ENJOYED & ALSO BOOKED THE RETURN TAXI TO AIPORT, IF THIS HOTEL DESERVES 5* THAN 2 OF THESE FIVE WILL GO TO CEBRAIL.
