Location was exceptional

Cons:

The staff behaviour : I told them if anything to contact me, but they bothered my wife even after they know I'm the one who take care.

Pros:

The food (breakfast & dinner) was excellent, top-notch.
The kitchen staff were very helpful and humble. I requested momos and they prepared them for me.
Overall, the stay was peaceful.

Cons:

I have just one suggestion: they could improve their room service.

It was home beyond home.
Pros:

I stayed for just one day, but the warmth and care I received made me feel as though I had been with them for years. My sincere thanks to the entire team — from the security at the gate to the stewards at the restaurant, and especially the front desk staff.

Though I couldn’t interact with everyone, I will always remember Aman for his exceptional service and kindness. The professionalism and dedication of the staff truly reflect excellence in their field.

My experience was nothing short of home beyond home. Thank you, one and all, for making my stay so memorable.

Great location and value for money
Pros:

The staff was the biggest highlight. Amit specifically was great at the reception - super helpful. The rooms were great as well

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit awkward - small, and the water of the shower couldn’t really easily be stopped.
