Cons:

Die Unterkunft wollte scheinbar eine Anzahlung die ich übersehen hatte, Buchung wurde storniert. Habe erneut gebucht und wurde bestätigt , als ich angekommen bin wollten sie mir anderswo eine Unterkunft anbieten, Verständigung mit der Person nicht einfach , habe selber storniert und vor Ort selber eine Unterkunft gefunden . Habe noch nie erlebt eine Anzahlung leisten zu müssen, die Belastung wurde immer über Booking erledigt .

Pros:

Staff were helpful even though there was a language barrier. We managed to communicate through Google translate
We decided to leave and only stay 1 night of 3 booked, they were very accommodating and refunded our other 2 nights which we were grateful for.

Cons:

Location was a long way from Hongkong airport and meant crossing the border into China.
Everything was cash, no cards, or wechat app which we were not familiar with. Very noisy as right by Port, smelt like smoke throughout the apartment even though was non smoking room, no pool, minimal view of city. Cheap but not recommended for holidaying family.

Superb
Pros:

nice place for a family stay, I chosed two bedrooms and three bedrooms apartments. Both were very clean and convenient, got kitchen too. Staff were very helpful, all my requests have sorted quickly.

Cons:

Location is a bit far to the centre, but was easy to get taxis, so that was not a big issue, the only thing I didn't like was the upstair rooms in the three bedrooms apartment were not fully closed, if someone was doing something in the kitchen, you could hear from upstairs clearly.
