Had a wonderful one-night stay at Dyad Andheri! The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was super friendly and made the check-in process quick and easy.

The location is perfect with easy access to transport, restaurants, and shopping areas. I especially loved how peaceful and well-maintained the property is.

Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely recommend Dyad Andheri to anyone visiting the area.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience during my stay at the Grand Dyad Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had the most restful sleep. What really stood out to me was the attention to detail whether it was the cleanliness, the courteous staff. Hotel is excellent. Service is very good. Rooms are neat and clean. Food is very tasty. Service is very fast. Staffs are polite. Property is at walking distance from ambani hospital. Metro is neaby. Versova beach and juhu beach is nearby. You can take auto. For shopping you can go to lokhandwala market.

First of all property is nearby from all production houses like dharma and yashraj. Ambani hospital from hotel is at walking distance. Lokhandwala market is 500 m from hotel. Food is tasty. Manager is very nice. All staffs are humble and polite.

Scamming people with false facilities description
Pros:

Absolutely nothing. Pathetic property and worst service.

Cons:

The description of facilities did not match what was mentioned on the listing in Booking.com. There was no lift accessiblilty and we were told that this is being setup and not operational yet. Rooms could only be accesed through a narrow worn out staircase - potential for falls / and serious injuries.

There were no basic toiletries, and no glasses for drinking water were provided. The hotel had only two staff and there were no room dining services - we ordered tea in the morning at 9am and were asked to wait for a couple of hours as there was no one to prepare.

There were no cupboards, just a couple of racks and the room was two small for two people to enough cross each other simultaneously. TOO FAR FROM VALUE FOR MONEY AND ABSOLUTELY WORST SERVICE. We paid 100% advance of Rs. 3,693 (incl. Taxes) for one night however, the service and stay was not even worth Rs. 1,000.
