Great location and amazing hotel staff!
Pros:

Hands down the best service I've received ever while travelling. I worked in hospitality for 25 years for a luxury hotel company and the service provided by Jols, Bob and Lyn surpassed any experience I've had to date. They genuinely seemed to care about my daughter and I and making sure we had an amazing experience. From pre-arrival, during our stay to beyond check out, they were always communicative, friendly and exceeding our expectations - making sure we had beach towels on a day we rented a scooter as well as arranging access to another property when they heard we were going to drive the scooter to a particular beach. I honestly don't know what we would have done when we arrived at that beach as there didn't seem to be public access and it was a 45 minute scooter ride! The location of the property is perfect too as it's right in town but away from the more dense area allowing for a quiet night. It's only about a 7 to 10 minute walk to El Nido beach and right on the main street where there are lots of restaurants and souvenir shops.

Cons:

There aren't any windows in the bedroom (there's one in the bathroom but I'm not sure it goes anywhere) but there are two exits in case of fire so I felt better about that.

Pros:

Après une journée de plongée, on a vraiment besoin d'une bonne douche chaude pour rincer le sel, et la salle de bain du J Boutique ne m'a pas déçu. L'emplacement des prises est aussi très bien pensé, juste des deux côtés du lit. C'est hyper pratique pour charger ma caméra, mon téléphone et mon ordinateur de plongée. Même s'il n'y a pas de vue sur la mer, cette commodité au quotidien est le plus important.

Le personnel était d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Il ne faut pas hésiter à leur soumettre votre planning car ils peuvent vous aider. (Ex : nous avons été à Nacpan beach et nous avons eu un accès gratuit à des sunbed d’un hôtel partenaire)

La literie est très confortable et la pression d’eau dans la douche efficace !

Cons:

Malheureusement nous avions une chambre double au RDC qui donnait sur la rue, donc assez bruyant. Mais avec des bouchons d’oreilles c’était très bien

Die perfekte Distanz zum Trubel
Pros:

Wenn man mit Kindern reist, möchte man weder an einem lauten noch an einem schmutzigen Ort übernachten. Das Hotel ist etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Hauptstraße entfernt, sodass man den Lärm der Musik vermeidet, aber trotzdem schnell Snacks kaufen oder Restaurants finden kann. Direkt daneben ist ein Supermarkt, den die Kinder geliebt haben! Die Zimmer sind schlicht, aber der Boden war blitzsauber – ich hatte kein Problem damit, die Kinder dort krabbeln zu lassen. Das Personal war sehr geduldig mit den Kleinen, ein Riesenpluspunkt.

Pas op met de 1 persoonskamer
Cons:

I paid €181 for a room located next to a very busy road that didn’t even have a room number and appeared to be a staff room rather than a proper guest room. The manager acknowledged the issue and promised a refund for three nights.

Unfortunately, I have still not received the refund or any follow-up. As someone who travels frequently, this is the first time I have experienced such poor handling of a complaint. Very disappointing.
