Amé ese lugar, toda mi familia estaba fascinada con el luegar.
Pros:

El lugar es hermoso. se presentaron algunos detalles pero el personal lo resolvió

Cons:

Creo que tienen un tema de falta de comunicación. Hasta donde entiendo las reservas son adminsitradas en Tlaxcala. Entonces el personal que te atiende en recepción tal vez no tenga todos los datos.

LO PASAMOS BIEN, Y SALVO POR EL TEMA MENCIONADO DEL AGUA TERMAL, LA DEVOCIÓN CUMPLIÓ LO ESPERADO.
Pros:

LA PAZ Y QUIETUD POR LAS NOCHES, EL COLCHÓN RICO, LO MISMO QUE LAS ALMOHADAS. EL TRATO CORDIAL DE TODO EL PERSONAL, ESPECIALMENTE DE SERGIO QUIEN NOS ATENDIÓ EN EL ÁREA DE RESTAURANT. LO MISMO EL SR. EDUARDO QUIEN NOS RECIBIÓ DE FORMA POR DEMÁS CORDIAL Y AMABLE.

NO NOS GUSTÓ QUE NO HUBIERA AGUA TERMAL, PARA NOSOTROS AGUA TERMAL SIGNIFICA QUE EL AGUA CALIENTE ESTARÁ EN TODO MOMENTO Y RESULTA QUE LA ALBERCA QUE NOS QUEDABA JUNTO A LA HABITACIÓN, SE LLENÓ EN LA NOCHE PREVIA A NUESTRA ESTANCIA Y AL AMANECER YA NO ESTABA CALIENTE. ESO NO ES AGUA TERMAL. ESPERO HABER SIDO CLARO. NO HAY AGUA TERMAL EN EL HOTEL. UNA PAREJA QUE ESTABA DE VISITA DESDE TOLUCA COINCIDIÓ CON NUESTRA PERSPECTIVA EN ESTE TEMA.

el hotel esta muy limpio, el servicio excelente sobre todo el restaurante y la comida rica

Cons:

la foto del hotel del cuarto nada que ver, cuando reserven que les den el cuarto de la foto, a nosotros nos toco como una caballeriza hecha cuarto , por lo tanto no eran mis expectativas.

Overall a beautiful stay I would recommend
Pros:

Beautiful view so much greenery it was amazing

Cons:

Rooms a bit far from entrance you have to make sure if you uber or take a taxi there that they drive you all the way inside
Also if you go during rainy season you may loose electricity come prepared

Encantador lugar
Pros:

El complejo en general es muy bonito, por la noche la iluminación de los jardines y áreas comunes son muy agradables, las habitaciones estan bien, es decir cumplen con el equipamiento necesario y muy agradable. No hay Tv.

Cons:

La alberca principal esta muy descuidada, aunque el agua está limpia y tiene buena temperatura, le hace falta mantenimiento y filtros que le permitan estar limpia.
