Pros:

Room was large with a top-notch view. The light control panel was smooth. Staff service was fantastic.
Restaurants within the hotel are easy to access and amazing.

Cons:

The bath is not able to be digitally controlled, which would have been nice to see at this price point.

A fabulous luxury hotel in a phenomenal setting with amazing facilities. Recommend!
Pros:

The hotel was excellent. The rooms were absolutely fabulous. Our fuji view room had amazing views across the mountains, so much space and a lovely balcony to sit out and relax. The museum was really cool and amazing to be able to see the track too. Pool and onsen were really nice, and gym was great - I loved the driving simulation! Would absolutely visit again.

Cons:

Hotel could do direct shuttles to Gotemba outlet rather than having to transfer through Gotemba Station, but that's being picky.
