Pros:

I stayed at this 1BHK service apartment near Medanta during a medical trip and it made things so much easier.
IT was Just a few minutes from Medanta. No stress with travel during hospital visits. Spacious 1BHK, very clean and well maintained. Had all basic utensils, fridge, microwave, and induction. Cooking at home was a big help. Peaceful neighborhood, good water pressure, WiFi worked well. Staff was supportive and quick to respond.
Perfect for families and patients who need a home-like stay near Medanta. Would definitely book again.

Pros:

There are several things that I'd call out as an appreciation:
1. The person I contacted - Mahesh Gautam, helped me out throughout. Every small issues I faced, or any changes I wanted to make or enquire, was solved within few seconds and in a very professional way. He made sure all my queries were resolves within that very moment.

2. Two of the caretakers - Debendra and Arjun, I'd like to give a special shoutout for giving exceptionally warm service. They helped throughout the entire stay, and as it was due to a medical reason my parents were staying there, their service was very helpful. I hope they get good appreciation for their amazing service.

Thank you for your amazing service, my parents really appreciated wholeheartedly. Keep up the great work. Would definitely recommend others.

Cons:

I don't think there was anything that I didn't like, other than a particular caretaker who was very annoying and rude, came with his entire family and made nuisance which created a lot of issues, but as mentioned after informing it to Mahesh Gautam, it was resolved withing a few minutes, which was very exceptionally good service.

Pros:

The property was very clean and well maintained by Mr. Anurag. He was a good host. He made sure if we needed anything, he provided us with the same. We checked out 2 days before to our booking ending dates, he is also accomodating those days in our next booking sometime after Holi in March. The pictures shown were exactly same as the property. There were no safety concerns as well as he was available everytime at the property. Thanks for the good hospitality and stay.

Pros:

Over all I liked everything about the place the people. Everything is well maintained and we'll organised. Mostly the staff Mr Anurag and other one Mr Karan both of the are super supportive and helpfully for each and everything. I stayed almost a month here and it was a great stay thanks limetree and special thanks to the staff
