There was a delay on my checked in process, host didn’t gave me the instructions ahead of time. They should have sent me an instruction email after a confirmed booking, or give a check in instructions to the receptionist. The host realized that the unit was double-booked that day. I attempted to call the host’s phone number multiple times(international phone number),and the receptionist had a hard time touching base with her as well. She didn’t even apologize for the delay it caused. I was late on my scheduled appointment because of this unfortunate event. Hope they would be mindful and attentive next time.

Great stay
Pros:

cozy room, small but has everything for you. very accessible area, near the mall, church and restaurants.

though we were not able to checked in at once but ate Dina was very helpful. she helped us contact the owner and even offered to stay to another unit while waiting.

Cons:

the booking process. my booking was already confirmed however, had a late confirmation from the owner to the reception.

We couldn't get the key until 7 pm...the owners wouldn't answer our messages and emails, the only number on Booking.com was a Singapore number and we were not going to call Singapore to find out where the keys to the property were.

So we had book in elsewhere late in the evening.

Good value for money, wonderful owner of the unit and would love to stay there again.
Pros:

The unit’s location is within the heart of the city, it is close to the malls, gyms, restaurants and shops. Fairly easy to get around public transport. Apart from that, the aesthetics of the unit is lovely.

Cons:

There was a slight scruffle when it came to the wifi. The owner of the unit is highly responsive and helpful in sorting out our concerns.
