Kısa süreliğine konaklama için ideal.
Pros:

Merkeze yakın sayılır 20 dk yürüyüş mesafesi. Otoparkı olması büyük nimet, kilitli kapalı garaj çok iyi. Oda çok iyi ısınıyor.

Cons:

Oda temizliği vasat altı. Aslında odadaki olanaklar iyi ancak hijyen konusu sınıfta kalınca kullanasım gelmedi.

Pros:

Locația aproape de centru, are parcare subterană proprie. Electrocasnice disponibile. Spațios. Foarte bun pentru 4 persoane.

Cons:

Curățenia lasă de dorit. Ar fi bine să se facă curat mai des.

Pros:

Fiyat performans olarak gayet iyiydi. Konumu da gayet iyi.

Cons:

Temizlik yeterli değildi özellikle banyodaki kalorifer petekleri tozluydu. Tuvalet kâğıdı çeyrek rulo bile bırakılmamış 1 günlük konaklamamıza bile yetmedi. Ayrıca mutfak malzemeleri de yetersiz (tava vs yok)

Ευτυχώς που ο καιρός ήταν καλός και περνούσαμε όλη την ημέρα έξω...
Pros:

Η θέση το καταλύματος ήταν αρκετά καλή. Σχετικά κοντά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο 20-25'. Η οικοδομή ήταν ήσυχη όπως και η γειτονιά και είχες εύκολη πρόσβαση με το αυτοκίνητο.

Cons:

Οι διαχειριστές της σελίδας υποσχέθηκαν ότι θα έστελναν την ίδια ημέρα (της παραμονής) τον κωδικό για την λήψη των κλειδιών. Όλη την ημέρα ταξιδεύαμε (οικογενειακώς) και περιμέναμε κάποια ειδοποίηση. Τελικά φτάσαμε έξω από το κτήριο και δεν είχαμε τρόπο να μπούμε αλλά κυριότερα καμία ειδοποίηση. Επειδή μας έχει τύχει στο παρελθόν να μας "ξεγελάσουν" με ανύπαρκτο διαμέρισμα και να ψάχνουμε τι θα κάνουμε (σε άλλο ταξίδι μας στη Γερμανία) φοβηθήκαμε (ενώ περιμέναμε στο δρόμο) τα χειρότερα. Το Check in ήταν σύμφωνα με τη σελίδα τους στις 15:00. Αρχίσαμε να προσπαθούμε να επικοινωνήσουμε με ένα τηλέφωνο στο οποίο όμως είτε έβγαινε ένας τηλεφωνητής είτε απλά δεν το σήκωναν (το ταξίδι ήταν στη Βουλγαρία αλλά το τηλέφωνο στην Κροατία). Τελικά κατά τις 15:20 μας ήρθε ένα μειλ και καταφέραμε να ανοίξουμε τη θυρίδα και να πάρουμε το κλειδί. Αισθανθήκαμε μια ανακούφιση. Το άγχος όμως ήταν στα κόκκινα έως τότε. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν κανονικό στο μέγεθος αλλά μύριζε έντονα. Τελικά διαπιστώσαμε ότι μύριζε η αποχέτευση και όλες τις ημέρες που μείναμε είχαμε ανοιχτό τον εξαερισμό. Παρόλα αυτά η δυσοσμία ήταν έντονη και πολύ ενοχλητική. Το ψυγείο του καταλύματος ήταν πραγματικά καινούργιο αλλά έκανε ένα μόνιμο θόρυβο ο οποίος γίνονταν ενοχλητικός τα βράδια. Υπήρχε ένα δωμάτιο που ήταν κλειδωμένο και στο οποίο δεν είχαμε πρόσβαση αλλά άναβε το φως... κάτι λίγο τρομαχτικό όταν βρίσκεσαι σε ξένο χώρο. Η καθαριότητα γενικά του καταλύματος ήταν απλώς υποφερτή αν και ήταν από τα βασικά στα κριτήρια που είχαμε θέσει.
