豪華な建物、貧しいサービス。
Pros:

虹橋空港に近く、周りには大きなモールがたくさんあるので、Didiなどが使えれば10分ぐらいで食事や買い物ができます。上海ダウンタウンより混んでなくて、ゆったりしているので買い物がしやすかったです。設備は写真の通り豪華で、大きなプールもあります。朝食の種類も豊富で、美味しかったです。部屋もゆったりしていて、特にバスルームはバスタブとシャワーに分かれていて使いやすかったです。

Cons:

コンシェルジュが英語を話さないのには驚きました。ベルボーイは笑顔もなく、気が利いていません。質問をしても、自分の担当ではないと、分からない、で終わりです。全体的にスタッフから洗練されたホテルのホスピタリティは感じられませんでした。あまりちゃんと教育されていない印象です。

施設は豪華だと書きましたが、空調からタバコの匂いが流れてきて、エアコンを止めると部屋の中が一気にタバコ臭くなるのは勘弁してほしかったです。あと、これは海外ホテルあるあるですが、シャワーのドアが具合悪く、毎回水漏れがひどかった。

During my last visit to Shanghai, I stayed at this hotel between 18 May and 23 May 2026. When I check in, your receptionist takes the full cost of USD 593 and charges an extra deposit. As a result, my bank card was charged USD 899,86. The receptionist explained that the deposit would be returned immediately upon check-out. But until now, the deposit hasn't been returned to my bank card!

For the Expo a good choice but nothing that remarkable about it.
Pros:

Room was a bit dated but nice size and comfortable. Hotel breakfast choice was excellent.

Cons:

Firstly check-in. I had to wait 20 minutes to check in because the 3 staff were all dealing with making or amending bookings. Then two other people jumped the queue and the check in staff did not stop them and then proceeded to check them in before me. Their system makes you pick a queue and if the person in front of you has a complicated booking then you are stuck. They didn't call anyone over to help me to save me time.
Breakfast didn't start until 7am which was too late for us for most mornings. I would have expected to be able to get breakfast from 6.30am especiallys since the location of the hotel is right by the Expo so most people are only there for work.

Pros:

Rooms was clean and spacious, has most of needed amenities and nice breakfast

Cons:

The hotel is a bit outdated, bathroom and amenities has aging signs. Swimming pool and it’s showers needed better maintenance
