The property is located in good, busy area
Non availability of fridge, it house keeping cleaning the property during the stay, the checkin & checkout timing is not convenient.
Only the location. Very close by to main shopping malls (Pavilion, Fahrenheit, etc) walking distance to many convenience stores
No fridge. Wifi connectivity and signal was very poor. Room was very very small and had only basic amenities.
Room condition, View from window, shower and toilet good.
Not having a small fridge for water and cold drinks since KL is soooo hot and humid every day.
La piscina espectacular. La ubicación, al lado de Jalan Alor, el edificio chulisimo y super nuevo.
La habitación un poco pequeña, pero para una o dos noches suficiente. Las vistas a la ciudad desde la cama son chulísimas, pero los cristales están muy sucios y las afea; entiendo que debe ser muy dificil limpiar los cristales de tremendo rascacielos.
Everything was perfect, the room was cozy and clean. My friend was working on computer and the internet was perfect. The swimming pool is amazing

They make you go out of your way to make a 200 ringgit deposit, very busy elevators takes so long, smelly shower
Building bien situé, studio assez spacieux. Le Check-in et Check-out se fait rapidement. Le Mr qui remet les clés est très réactifs par message.
Résidence bondé de monde malgré 5 ascenseurs a disposition c'est une grosse galère pour monter et descendre surtout aux heures de pointe. La piscine pas assez grande pour le monde elle est toujours bondé et ça ne donne pas envie (elle ferme a 20h c'est trop tôt). L'appartement en lui même manque d'un micro ondes c'est dommage. Sinon le linge de maison pas très propre idem pour la vaisselle mises a disposition elle été sale j'ai du acheter du vrai liquide vaisselle pour aller la laver celui mise a disposition ne lave rien. La sdb fonctionnelle mais il y a souvent des remontée d'odeurs d'égouts et canalisation. Le ménage et changement des serviettes n'est pas automatique il faut envoyer un message pour en faire la demande. Honnêtement j'en ai fait des appartements dans KL et ce n'est pas le meilleur le rapport qualité prix n'y est pas. Il est trop cher pour ce que c'est. Ils demandent une caution de 200 ringitt donc a prevoir. Le lit est trop petit c'est un 140 cm pour 2 grandes personnes c'est short. Dommage il est très bien situé.
I contacted the property prior saying I need a room with good wifi and did they have an adapter I could purchase or borrow.
The communication was extremely confusing one minute saying yes then no. Very unhelpful, not accommodating or happy or polite at all.
Completely overwhelming crowed and hot reception, extremely unfriendly rude male receptionist.
They want 200MR for deposit but only take cash refuse to take card, which in other peoples reviews they denied. They would only take cash, I had to go and get cash out after traveling for over 8 hours and they wouldn’t even let me check in to my room and put my bags down first even though I’d paid for the room.
The hallway to the elevator is like a hot cattle farm, sweating, packed, overcrowd. I read about the lifts and thought how bad can it be? Well I actually screamed out loud in frustration after no one showed me to my room, the absolutely nonsensical lift situation, the confusing security cards and unclear signage everywhere - it took me around 25mins of riding the lifts in no air conditioning tropical heat to actually find my room (After travelling for over 8 hours) .

There is no internet. I Had to cancel work meeting I told them about prior to arrival due to lack of internet connection
You can’t access basic pages, I had to apply for another visa online and it wouldn’t connect to the page I tried 10times via my laptop and phone. I went out to eat at the mall and accessed it fine there.
Honestly I would rather poke my own eyes out than ever come near this place again. Even if they offered me a free stay I would never ever, ever come back.
I know the staff will try to justify and wrote comments back but if you read trIPADvisor there comments are more truthful than most on here and will back this up!

They provided this damaged and torn towel when we checked in but while check-out, the staff told us that we did it and deducted 100 RM from our deposit. This was our second stay, and the staff second time did this to us.
We noticed this before check-in. This bedsheet was torn up before even we arrived. But they deducted 100 RM from our deposit. Shown this to staff, but he said he can’t help. Very disappointing.
great location right behind Bukit Bintang area
Car Park entrance and exit really bad at almost all hours esp on weekends
Paid parking v expensive for KL standard
Overall great!
