Friendly staff but the hotel needs to be renovated. It has a musky smell to it. Decent stay

When I walked into the room my son spotted a dead cockroach on the kitchen floor and the restroom lock didn’t work.

Pros:

Once I was in the room I booked, it was nice enough for my kids to sleep.

Cons:

I couldn't understand the front deck clerk. Pool was permanently closed, and doesn't seem like anyone is coming to fix it. Closets in the room have NEVER been touched, they have layers of dust on them. I booked a room online and at first was given a whole different room (which only had 1 bed for 5 people), then I was charged more to "upgrade" for the room I originally booked.

Convenient and affordable.
Pros:

Location. Out 10-12 minutes from the more expensive Kalahari - where our conference was held.

Also the two double beds and one queen bed room layout with kitchenette was great for our longer stay business travels.

Cons:

Food wasn’t that great. Too, the pillows were way too soft. I had neck problems the entire week of my stay for a business conference.
