One major issue that many Chinese hotel chains seem to have is their lack of control over cigarette smoke. I was initially given a room that smelled very strongly of cigarettes. They moved me to another room, but the overall hotel environment still feels like it smells of cigarette smoke.

Concierge Young is the best! Reply my mail very efficiently and arrange the airport pickup in time.
The location of the hotel was great. The room had great views of the merging point of the three rivers.
The floor wasn’t throughly cleaned. There were shells of sunflower seeds on the carpet. There were a lot of varieties of items for breakfast but none was of high quality. The plates and bowls were made of plastic.
