Great location. Booked the condo for a couple nights for family visiting. The room was well appointed and cute. Everything was just great with no significant complaints. The front desk was helpful. Location near SM and Robinsons. Easy to get around via grab, trike, jeepney, or bus.
The pool facilities were only open for very limited hours. On top of that, the property charges a fee which is not a lot but kind of an insult to residents. There are three elevators but during busy times, the wait could be a few minutes.
Booked it for my Siblings they'd enjoy and love everything, way better than some hotels cause it has complete kitchenette cooking toold and dining set table, Host and Caretaker really helps everything runs smoothly from check-in to check-out.

Great room! Small but beautiful.
1. Aircon is not able to cool the entire room properly.
2. The pool fee was already unexpected in a condo, it was also too expensive.

No restaurants and convenience store inside premises
The unit is so clean and cold. Complete toiletries. And they did gave us extra blanket. The host is very approachable. Definitely we will go back again!

The AC could've been position some place better. You can't enjoy the balcony because of the aircon position, the temperature is hot when outside because of the air being exhausted from the back of it.
