Peccato per l'ultima sera
Pros:

Buona la posizione e la colazione. L'appartamento era pulito e grande. Lo staff della reception e i facchini sono molto gentili e disponibili.

Cons:

E' andato tutto bene fino alla sera precedente la partenza quando, a cena, sia il cameriere ma soprattutto il cuoco si sono irritati perchè volevamo mangiare alla carta invece che usufruire del buffet. Il gesto poco educato ci ha fatto decidere di mangiare fuori. Il personale del ristorante è comunque gentile ed educato tranne le 2 persone citate sopra e una cameriera abbastanza antipatica.

Nice hotel with very clean rooms and friendly staff. The location is excelllent supermarket restaurents and super market are neat the hotel

Camera ampia, pulita e confortevole. Colazione molto buona . Personale disponibile e cordiale.

Cons:

Avevamo richiesto il servizio transfer all'arrivo in aeroporto e abbiamo aspettato il driver circa 1 ora.
Abbiamo successivamente richiesto un supporto per un servizio taxi per visitare la città e dopo la prima corsa abbiamo avuto difficoltà a ritrovare io driver, che abbiamo aspettato circa un'ora senza riuscire a trovare, abbiamo così dovuto trovare un'altra soluzione.

Una notte a Dar es Salam
Pros:

Hotel datato ma ben curato. Ottima sala ristorante con piacevoli arredi. Cena a buon prezzo alla carta. Colazione buona anche se non continentale.

Cons:

Il letto non era big size ed in tre eravamo un po stretti. Una spazioso esterno poteva rendere il soggiorno migliore.

Hamamböcekleri, fare ve ilgisiz personel nedeniyle son derece hayal kırıklığı yaratan bir konaklama.
Pros:

Kahvaltı ve otelin konumu ortalama düzeydeydi. Ancak konaklamam sırasında yaşadığım olumsuz deneyimler, bu olumlu yönlerin tamamını gölgede bıraktı.
İlk kaldığım odada iki gece üst üste banyodan çıkan hamamböcekleriyle karşılaştım. Durumu resepsiyona bildirdim ve ancak bir gün sonra odam değiştirildi. Ancak bana verilen yeni oda, ilk kaldığım odaya kıyasla çok daha eski ve bakımsız durumdaydı.
Çıkış yaptığım gün, işim nedeniyle uçuş saatime kadar eşyalarımı otelin valiz emanet odasına bıraktım. Havalimanına gitmek üzere geri döndüğümde, valiz odasında bir fare gördüm. Fare, sırt çantamı kemiriyordu ve beni görünce kaçtı. Durumu hemen resepsiyona bildirdim. Ancak resepsiyondaki görevli yalnızca bana baktı. Kendisine "Bu konuda bir şey yapmayacak ya da söylemeyecek misiniz?" diye sorduğumda, sadece başını "hayır" anlamında salladı. Ne bir özür dilendi ne de herhangi bir çözüm önerildi.
Daha da üzücü olan ise, havalimanı transferimi beklediğim yaklaşık iki saat boyunca, yaşanan olaya rağmen otel yönetiminden veya resepsiyondan hiç kimsenin yanıma gelmemesi, durumla ilgili bilgi vermemesi ya da en azından bir özür dileme gereği duymamış olmasıydı. Bu yaklaşım, yaşanan hijyen sorunlarından bile daha büyük bir hayal kırıklığı yarattı.
Otel yönetiminden, fare tarafından zarar verilen sırt çantam konusunda da acilen çözüm bekliyorum. Çünkü oluşan hasar yalnızca çantanın estetik görünümünü etkilememiş; dış kumaşın bütünlüğünü bozarak suya dayanıklılığını ve yapısal sağlamlığını da ciddi şekilde zedelemiştir. Unfortunately, my stay at Tiffany Diamond Hotels Ltd – Indira Gandhi Street was disappointing. The building and rooms are quite old and appear to require significant maintenance and refurbishment. The overall condition of the property did not meet my expectations, and I was not satisfied with the facilities or the experience. I hope the management will invest in upgrading the hotel to improve guest comfort and satisfaction.

Excellent stay
Pros:

Excellent and professional staff. Consolata went out of her way to provide all required information and assistance! The room facilities are very good, I booked a triple room and it had so much space and ambient lighting. The rooms were very clean

Cons:

Breakfast was not included in the room rates, you had to buy breakfast separately everyday. The notice in the rooms for fumigation and hygiene should be in both English and Swahili (it was only in English).
