Lovely place to stay hopefully the deteriorating conditions will not continue

Location and nice people working there with a great breakfast

Cons:

A lot of areas are looked tired and in need of some refurbishment particularly the rooms and some of the public areas and outside the building.

Bathroom and bedroom was unclean and also needing redec.
Wasn't told that carpark was £10 until check out. Booking.com says it's free
