Really helpful friendly staff, food was really good and location was ideal.
No shower gel, they ran out! Car park is very tight and difficult to find a space.
Fantastic location in the heart of Stratford, but with ample parking for guests. Very comfortable rooms and large bathroom, bath robes, lovely toiletries, mini fridge and tea/coffee facilities and a selection of drinks and snacks which were all complimentary. On top of all this, the staff were fabulous (nothing was too much trouble) and the restaurant was excellent too.

A lovely hotel in a great location, the room & bathroom were spacious and offered good facilities. Staff were lovely throughout. Breakfast was good. Lovely patio area & garden. The hotel has an adjacent car park which i find a bonus.
All of the staff were welcoming and attentive. The location was very good being close to the river and town centre. If we had been theatre goers the theatre was just outside the front door and across the road! The room was good well equipped for a comfortable nights stay with big fluffy towels and large bed.
The view was limited to a privet hedge but it was not a real issue. The bath and sink had poor drainage and so having a shower or a wash meant a slow emptying each time. This I reported to the reception on our departure the next morning. The fridge wasn't that cold and the air-conditioning could have done with instructions on how it worked for those of us with such luxuries at home!
Location is great and if we can get our favourite room we are happy. Breakfast is lovely and staff are nice too.
Wonderfully clean; modern; and well presented hotel. This wasn't our first visit there - we loved it last time we came. Very handy for town; the theatre; and walks along the river. Room was lovely. Breakfast was good too
A little disappointed in breakfast as Kippers came a bit cold; was taken away supposedly for a replacement - but the same one came back reheated. It was still very nice but not what you'd expect of the place

Everything was perfect, Meg on reception was so professional in her role, a perfect example of how the customer facing members of your team should be, a true credit to herself and The Arden Hotel.

Great location, friendly staff, fantastic breakfast, great parking facilities and staff had great local knowledge
Went for a deluxe room, then found the bed to be made of two singles put together and the duvet was two duvets zipped together, not giving much of a luxurious feel despite paying extra for an upgraded room

The staff were lovely
Carpet was a trip hazard in bedroom tripped twice no other rooms to give us so had to sleep with bathroom light on so could see the worn carpet so wouldn’t trip again
The location is superb. The RSC and the river are across the road - perfectly placed for theatre, walks, boats, dining and shopping. Breakfasts at the Arden are first class. Relaxed and welcome. This our second visit in two months. A delight.

We enjoyed a continental breakfast which was good.
Snacks in room plus fruit were a lovely touch and very welcome.
We found all the steps inside hotel difficult so would have to consider whether to book again. We were allocated Elm room. Steps to dining room were difficult too! We are both around 80 yrs of age.
We liked the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and the air conditioning in hot weather. There is a good choice for breakfast. We also ate there in the evenings as the food was good and the outside area very nice to relax in.
