We hope to return sometime in the future.
Pros:

Large, comfortable rooms. Restaurant very pleasant and the staff were helpful and friendly. Great to have car parking facility. Excellent position. Close to the theatre, river and town.

The location is great and it was clean, the staff were very helpful

Cons:

The hotel is tatty and needs a renovation, the curtain rail in the bedroom was broken and the bathroom wasn't very nice. Breakfast was very basic.

Loved the hotel , excellent location staff were very helpful , only shame was the bath wouldn’t full due to broken outle

Cons:

The bath wouldn’t hold water due to broken plug , unfortunately my partner wanted to bath in the morning so it was too late to report it as we only stayed one night

Wonderful hotel with equally wonderful staff and facilities
Pros:

The location of the property is ideal for exploring the town and nearby attractions.

Staff at the hotel were friendly and we were always greeted with a smile and hello which is very often missing these days.
