Pros:

Unlimited black coffee and bottles of water in the lobby.
Well-designed bathroom, coalified TV screen and great location both to the railway station, subway and Longmen grottoes.
Helpful receptionist who ordered food delivery for us.
They even upgraded our standard room without window to another one with window.

Cons:

Lack of restaurant choices which is actually not the hotel's fault :)

Chambre jolie et très propre, seul bémol: odeur de cigarette.
Le petit-déjeuner offre un bon choix de plats (plus petit choix pour un petit-déjeuner à l’européenne).
À savoir, la salle de bain est ouverte sur la chambre

L’odeur de cigarette, qui s’est estompée en laissant la fenêtre entrouverte

房間很乾淨很明亮很寬敞，床非常舒服，床單很新品質很好，躺上去很快就睡著了。
早餐非常豐盛，我們最愛中式早餐，豆漿小米粥油條各种面食，每天都吃得很開心。

Cons:

浴室沒有掛鈎，有點不方便。
我的房間面對高鐵站台，列車過站不停時聲音很大，好在不停的車次不多，我沒被吵醒。

Pros:

Excellent location, modern, comfortable, heard no noise in the room and good breakfast. Great location for the high speed train at longmen station. You can see the hotel as the train comes in. Easy access to get to trains and metro.

Cons:

Do not confuse with the other holiday inn express in the city centre. Might maybe need to amend the name to make it clear that this is the holiday inn by the station.
