Suited our needs perfectly
Pros:

very comfortable and newly decorated, good shower and clean everywhere .

Cons:

nothing major, just small things like check in information and the free parking claim, it is resident parking and you need a permit on football match days and there wasn’t one at the property . Some hand soap in the bathroom and a tea towel in the kitchen . There has obviously been an historic problem with damp which has caused the wall paint to peel off in several places so perhaps not great for asthmatics or young children, but not a problem to us .
