very nice modern facility with a few shortcomings
Cons:

My bedroom door was out of alignment so was impossible to lock.
Every hotel, motel and bnb supplies milk for tea but there was none here; I had to go out and buy it.
The mattress was on a slope; spent each night climbing up towards the bed centre; awoke with a slightly sore shoulder both mornings; never had that before

Key pad on front door was faulty on both nights. Air con in lounge room wouldn't turn on. 'Breskfast included' was a non event. Couldn't get in the 2nd night so had to go and pay for a hotel room.

The house features five separate bedrooms, which is quite spacious and suitable for larger groups or families. However, there is only one main bathroom with a combined toilet and shower, which proved to be quite inconvenient, especially when accommodating multiple guests. For a property of this size, an additional bathroom or separate toilet would greatly improve comfort and functionality.

Parking was another challenge. The street was extremely congested, primarily due to numerous guests staying at nearby properties, making it difficult to find a suitable parking spot. This could be particularly problematic for those arriving by car or returning late in the evening.

Additionally, while the listing mentioned complimentary breakfast, there were no clear instructions provided on how to access or avail of it. A simple welcome note or guide with basic information such as Wi-Fi password, breakfast details, and emergency contacts would enhance the guest experience.
