The manager wrote down my bank card details and kept the paper he wrote them on. After me staying a few days and after a disagreement over a checkout time, he told me that he physically wrote my bank card details down and would keep them.
Manager cannot be trusted. Showers work intermittently.
Ideal for the station and for me the Cliff Pavilion to see Australian Pink Floyd. Off road parking in a quiet location.
It’s managed remotely although I did see a lady who worked there. It just takes a bit of adjustment that’s all.
We did NOT stay in this property. We checked in all fine. The door was open and we settled in. We were told we were early to check in so offered to leave if that was needed- no issue. The woman said it was fine so we went about our day. Then we came back after being at the beach as our son- 4 years old needed to eat, have a shower, change of clothes and have his medication as he has medical needs. The door was locked and the code to our room was not working. So we had to call the woman on the calling system downstairs. She was rude. Dismissive and told us our son wasn’t her problem and she doesn’t care. My son was cold, wet and needed his meds and she didn’t care. She said this is what happens when people early check in. IF she had told us this we would have brought what we needed with us or not left the property till after 2. But she didn’t. She said she would come there but would be while. We could NOT wait that long. So we pushed the door open and grabbed our belongings and left as soon as we could. I’ve never met anyone so disrespectful. We were along way from home and did not feel comfortable staying here. It is disgusting and I hope something changes and children are not allowed. I have requested a refund from booking. Con

Maybe not double book our room, I follow all the instructions to get in room, to find someone already in it, which lead to a confrontation
The bed only as it was comfortable.
The location is also good.
The hotel is old ( looks like more a shared house) room is too old, doesn’t matches with the photos on the website. The bathroom is a small cubicle with air cabinet’ door that we can see through! Doesn’t have hair dryer, no shampoo only a small soap . The room was too hot, didn’t have air conditioning or fan. We complained and they brought a fan for us. The staff were helpful.
Overpriced. We paid £75 per night we stayed 2 nights.
