A bit of bumps but still one of the cleanest rooms I have been in, and location was good.

Cons:

I walked in to a big dead cockroach unfortunately :D so I thought there were still a lot, but fortunately no. Makati condos tend to have a lot of small ones but this one didnt! I had issues with the air quality unfortunately.
The blanket also had a bunch of spots, gray and yellowish ones, and when I went out the corridor there was a strong smell and I had difficulty breathing, and felt my lungs got irritated. This one has got to do more with the building I guess.
Internet was also slow, as I had to work a bit inside. But ended up using mobile data mostly.
But overall amenities are good and host was super responsive thru the Booking.com chat.

Convenient and great accessibility to lots of amenities.
Pros:

Property has the best location being very close to parks, malls, restaurants and other amenities

Cons:

Wifi is so slow that television and phone are always interrupted. Other than this everything are okay.

Pros:

Das Beste an der Unterkunft ist die Lage. Für jemaden, der in Makati und Umgebung viel zu erledigen hat, sind alle Dinge des Alltags zu Fuss zu erreichen (Restaurant mit Bäckerei, Bank mit ATM, Wäscherei, 711) oder mit einer kurzen Taxi bzw. Grab Fahrt (Deutsche Botschaft, PRA, Goethe Institut, Glorietta Mall, Fotostudio, Apotheke, Klinik).
Die Wohnung hat 2 Etagen und auf beiden eine Toilette. Die Eigentümerin war sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar.

Ideal relaxing place
Pros:

The layout of the apartment offers two separate areas, each with its own bathroom, making it a unique find in the area. It's quiet and fully equipped with everything you need. It also overlooks a beautiful park, perfect for spending time outdoors in the shade. The neighborhood is not overwhelmed by traffic and is conveniently close to Greenbelt.
