Muy buen hotel.
Pros:

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en este hotel y en ambas ocasiones todo ha estado excelente.

Esta ocasión nos hospedamos en un departamento para 6 personas y los espacios son amplios y la cocina tiene lo necesario para poder preparar alimentos si es necesario.

Cons:

No tengo quejas ni comentarios negativos en mi estancia.

Todo dentro del hotel se encuentra en buen estado y bien cuidado.

Es importante considerar que es recomendable llegar en automóvil ya que el hotel esta lejos desde el acceso a Casa Tortuga.

Für zwei Nächte super, um einen Tag in der Cenote zu verbringen und zu entspannen.
Pros:

Hotel ist mitten in einem Cenotenpark, daher richtig ruhig und naturbelassen. Mit dem Aufenthalt hat man freien Eintritt in den Park auch am An-und Abreisetag und kann kostenlos an der Tour teilnehmen. Die Tour früh um 9:30 Uhr durch die 4 Cenoten war super cool und sehr empfehlenswert. Wir sind trotzdem der Meinung das ein ganzer Tag in dem Park ausreichend ist, da er nicht so groß ist wie erwartet und nur zwei Cenoten ohne Tour zugänglich sind. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und mit einem Badezimmer, von dem man in den Dschungel schauen konnte.

Cons:

Im Badezimmer hat es aus dem Abfluss sehr streng gerochen, hier kann man aber die Tür zum Schlafzimmer schließen und das Fenster aufmachen.
Im Bad hätten wir uns noch Halterungen für Handtücher, Toilettenpapier und Seife gewünscht.
Um Essen zu gehen braucht man auf jeden Fall ein Auto

After one night i stayed my leg was bitten by bed tick really badly...still suffering.
I have traveled all over the country
And I slept a lot of(all kinds of) hotels

Confortavel, lindo e muito receptivo.
Pros:

O hotel da acesso aos cenotes com guia incluso, super educados e gentis. O quarto é bom e os cenotes são bem bonitos e deliciosos. Estar dentro do park é excelente, pois pode ir em qualquer horário e repetir quantas vezes quiser. Você pode fazer check out e continuar aproveitando o park até o final do dia.

Não tive nada que não tenha gostado. Superou minhas expectativas.

Lo mejor de ese lugar son los cenotes.
Pros:

Me gustó que el lugar tiene entrada a los cenotes y puedes pasar un día muy agradable ahí.

Cons:

Las piscinas no se ven tan bonitas como en las fotos y el lugar está un poco lejos de Tulum. Además, hay horario de entrada y salida a los cenotes. El cuarto tiene cocina, pero solo tenía un par de sartenes con los que no se puede hacer mucho.
