Pros:

It was actually amazing. I had the whole top floor with a big ensuite shower. It's not far from. The regional office but this was personal as I was heading to Birmingham. I usually stay in hotels so much more expensive. This is on the list for me so I can stay more and save the company money aswell

Very spacious and clean. Great bed. Desk was really useful.

Didn't feel safe because of the absence of a smoke alarm so got up and left early.
Pros:

Location good. Nice area. Host friendly

Cons:

Not particularly clean. Stains on carpets, mould around shower. Smoke alarm disabled which is incredibly dangerous.

Really enjoyed it, clean and comfortable, with secure parking.
Pros:

Check in was easy, parking was secure. The room was clean and comfortable. Checkout was easy too. It is located in a quiet housing estate so is quiet. Shower was great, good power. The house is a new-build so everything is new, and the owners have furnished it very well.

Cons:

As it is newish carpet, there is a disaster waiting to happen with providing tea and coffee as someone is going to spill at some point. Bathroom could do with a dusting. I would've liked an ironing board. One skylight lets light in early which is a drawback. There are a few stairs to climb as it is top floor.
