The place and facilities
The location of the unit is great , close to everything like café ,grocery store ,convenience store etc . It is actually good for its price.
Addtl point to Kuya na collector of the garbage
Minimal lang naman ung handheld shower na sira na so kelngan ilagay mo sa timba para d mahulog .. Overall okay! I still recommend this unit. ❤️
Ideale locatie. SM market is beneden in het gebouw. En alles goed bereikbaar. Rustig appartement. Geen lawaai van buren ofzo.
Door handle come off in my hand while closing then couldn't lock door for 2 day's then it was cleaned last lot of guess left food in microwave balcony dripped water from everyone air-condition was not happy
The room was just yards away from the swimming pool on the same floor

The place is clean and equipped with everything that we need.
The view was of a cemetery
It was a "feel at home" stay since everything is prepared and the entire room is clean.
We have to fight the owner for a comfortable bed. She refuse at first and had the bed after a day or two.
The toilet sink and floor are clogged especially after washing.
I like the place and location near to supermarket and etc.
The place was clean and well-maintained. There was a towel provided. There were also complementary toiletries and snacks which I enjoyed. The place is also near to many makati landmarks.

The location is perfect for my testing center, just a walking distance and every essentials needed are downstairs or along the corner. The owner was so accommodating and nice
The bed frame, mattress and pillows I reckon should be replace . I wasn’t able to rest properly because of it.
