Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal und eine sehr gute Alternative zu den Hotelketten. Der Eingang macht nicht den Anschein, aber Innen ist das Hotel umwerfend. Hat Stil!

Das Bett hat geknarscht, aber passend zur Einrichtung.

Sehr gut für Kurzaufentahlt
Pros:

Frühstück war gut und ausreichend und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend, Lage mit Anbindung an ÖPNV sehr gut.

Cons:

Kostenfreie Parkplätze sind nur mit gut Glück in der Nähe des Hotels zu finden, hat bei uns aber geklappt

Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen
Pros:

Alles war in jeder Hinsicht ideal! Die zentrale Lage am Lister Platz + Bus- und U-Bahnanschluss ist nicht zu überbieten.
Das Haus und die Zimmer strahlen antikes, gemütliches und gleichzeitig großzügiges Ambiente aus, die Ausstattung des Frühstücksraums macht gute Laune. Beim Frühstück haben wir nichts vermisst, darüberhinaus werden überwiegend Bioprodukte angeboten. Nachts war es ruhig, wir konnten gut schlafen. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Wir werden beim nächsten Hannoverbesuch wieder hier übernachten.

Cons:

Manche Sachen haben ja einen Haken ...
Das wäre hier das Einzige, was es nicht gab (-; Im Zimmer und Bad könnte man ein paar Haken an den Wänden anbringen.

Pros:

Lage ist super, Frühstück gut und ausreichend. Zimmer im Nebengebäude riesig zur Alleinbenutzung. Fenster halten Verkehrslärm extrem gut ab.
Die nicht-tägliche Reinigung des Zimmers.
Die beiden Damen, die für das Frühstück gesorgt haben.

Cons:

Im Zimmer fehlt eine Garderobe oder ein Garderobehaken, der Schrank klemmt extrem. Im Bad fehlten leider Hygienebeutel, der Duschkopf hängt nicht sicher in der Vorrichtung.
Unter der Couch muss auch gereinigt werden.
Der Herr, der für das Frühstück gesorgt hat.
Evtl eine kurze Einführung/Willkommensgruss in das Zimmer legen: wann ist Frühstück, wie ist das WLAN Passwort, was für Fernsehsender gibt es, wie kann ich die Tür zum Hotel mit dem Code öffnen.
