Это просто невероятный отель! Самый лучший в Коломбо! И по красоте, и по местоположению и по сервису! Персонал все большие молодцы! Особенно понравилась девушка на рецепшен, ее зовут Shadiya Zain, помогала с первого и до последнего шага абсолютно во всем! Номер очень чистый, современный и шикарный, постель и подушки, как будто ты спишь на облаке). У меня был день рождения и отель очень красиво украсил номер, цветами, шариками, из полотенец сделали трех ярусный торт с живыми цветами, подарили букет цветов и небольшой тортик. Место положение шикарное, с видом на прогулочную набережную Galle Face и рядом с международным торговым центром. Видовой бассейн на океан был великолепен! Посещала китайский ресторан, который находиться в отеле, еда была очень вкусной! Самый прекрасный отель Коломбо! От души всем рекомендую посетить этот великолепный отель! Обязательно еще вернусь в него❤️
Не очень понравился завтрак, так как я не люблю индийскую и ланкийскую кухню. Европейской еды не очень большой выбор на завтраке
Pools, service, location
Everything is really nice. But the finishing of furniture, walls and other decorations are not up to 5 star.
The food was excellent throughout, especially breakfast, and the restaurant team were outstanding. The service across the hotel was consistently warm, attentive and professional, and we were made to feel very well looked after.
Very little to mention. Security at the entrance can feel a little overdone at times, but the staff themselves were always polite and helpful.
The hotel is huge and luxurious, and the rooms are truly beautiful, designed in a traditional Sri Lankan style with modern touches. The room was spacious, comfortable, with a stunning view and everything you might need. There is also a decent restaurant on the upper floors — I really liked the oysters there.
The only downside of the hotel is the breakfast. Honestly, I didn’t manage to enjoy it despite the wide variety of dishes. There are too many people at the same time, and not everyone fits in the main dining area, so some guests are redirected to a nearby restaurant or bar. The crowds, noise, and overall chaos make it hard to fully enjoy the breakfast experience.
If I were to recommend this hotel, I would suggest booking it without breakfast. Or, if breakfast is included, simply skip it and enjoy breakfast elsewhere, or order it to your room instead.

The Location of the property is Excellent! The view is amazing. The room size was very good!! What best was the area of washroom segregated.
The breakfast spreads were super!! With live counters and lots of local, Indian and continental food.
Staff was amazing at their job.

we stayed there for 4 nights. It was absolutely perfect, the staff was absolutely wonderful. They did everything they could to make us feel good. The main Indian chef was the best chef I have ever experienced. He is so good at everything he does, he needs praise and a pat on the back to keep calm in a hectic everyday life. great food, he runs around greeting people and tries to cook everything that is asked. the room boy was fantastic, he makes everyday life a party with his smile and kindness. Loved staying there and will stay there several times. Sewni was fantastic, asked several times during the day if we were doing well and if we needed anything. Very good. Prabashi a very beautiful and sweet girl who welcomed us in the lobby very good and beautiful smile.

Absolutely 10/10—highly recommended! Having stayed in many incredible hotels around the world and living in Dubai, I can confidently say this one truly stands out. The staff and level of customer service were exceptional, consistently going above and beyond to make the stay memorable. The location is also fantastic, just a short walk from a great mall, making it both convenient and enjoyable. An outstanding experience from start to finish!
