Great properry but not sure I would come back

Great location and views - great rooms

Cons:

The cleanliness of rooms could have been better - stains on the sheet from the first night were left as is - used fruit basket with peeks was not removed.

The checkout formalities were painful to say the least. The front office made me wait for one hour-to generate bills for which i had already paid upon check in.

They still dud not give me the correct bills for corresponding amounts that I was charged for.

Alt for overvurderet ift. hvad du får for pengene. Jeg kom fra cinnamon life city of dreams til ITC, som prismæssigt næs
Pros:

Store værelser, og god udsigt fra balkonen. Det trækker op.

Cons:

Pletter på sofaen i værelset, det hele så lidt “outdatet” ud og så lever det slet ikke op til hypen overhovedet. Der er så mange hoteller, som er langt bedre og billigere end dette.

Krásný hotel super snídaně a dobra lokalita

Cons:

Na to že je hotel skoro nový byl pokoj dost zničený, fleky na gauči, vrzaci dveře na záchod a prkénko v noci vzbudí cely pokoj

Comfortable and memorable
Pros:

The check in process, room size, room layout with private balcony and ocean view, Infinity pool, good spa, great amenities and great food.

Fabulous
Pros:

Great location, opposite Galle Face, next door to shopping mall. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Lovely swimming pools, one heated. Great selection of food at the buffet restaurant. Luxury hours good. Friendly helpful staff.

The most stunning hotel I’ve ever stayed in. If you want to delight all five senses, you must stay here.
