Super szkoda że nie ma plaży przy tak wysokiej klasie hotelu

Cons:

Natarczywość kelnerów przy śniadaniu. Spod nosa zabierają talerz gdy jeszcze nie odstawiło się. Na basenie kupowałem pizze i drinki .Jeszcze nie skończyłem a kelner przychodzi by kasować.W takiej klasie hotelu to duży minus Goście mogą się poczuć ze jak złodziej i nie zapłaci.

Die Pool Landschaft und das Restaurant

Cons:

Ich habe mein Hotelzimmer direkt über Booking.com gebucht und einen Preis von CHF 121.16 zuzüglich CHF 42.00 Steuern erhalten. Laut Booking.com entspricht dies einem Preis von USD 155.00 pro Nacht.

Das Hotel hat mir jedoch USD 209.00 pro Nacht verrechnet. Als ich darauf hingewiesen habe, dass gemäß meiner bestätigten Booking-Reservierung der Preis USD 155.00 beträgt, wurde mir im Hotel mitgeteilt, dass dies sie nicht interessiere und ich das mit Booking.com klären müsse. Zudem wurde argumentiert, dass das Hotel mit flexibel variierenden Preisen arbeite und daher USD 209.00 berechnet würden.

Besonders irritierend ist, dass ein Kollege von mir dasselbe Zimmer für zwei Personen gebucht hat und lediglich USD 165.00 bezahlt hat.

Für ein Hotel dieser Klasse ist ein solches Vorgehen äußerst befremdlich und wirkt intransparent. Das ist sehr enttäuschend und wirft kein gutes Licht auf das Hotel.
