Great experience. Will go back to ITC for our next trip to Colombo
Pros:

The staff were amazing. Very helpful at all times. My wife had a medical emergency and they supported us all the way through and ensured that we could have dinner of our choice by preparing it ahead of time and holding the restaurant open for us late at night.

Best stay so far out of all the hotels I stayed during this vacation
Pros:

The cleanliness and the standards were exceptional and exceeded my expectations. The food was good and had so many varieties and options, especially the dessert section was exceptional. The staff were extremely professional friendly and very welcoming. The staff at the restaurant named Hirun and Kanchan were really nice and treated me exceptionally well and with so much love and respect. Took care of me and my dietary requirements as a Vegan every time I went to the restaurant. Migara at the poolside was really friendly and nice too.
