Cons:

Precios muy elevados en relación con la calidad, no hay términos claros, el desayuno fue pésimo, solo nos entregaron una toalla cuando pagamos habitación para tres personas. No hubo jabón para lavado de manos y si televisor fallaba mucho.

We loved the water park

Cons:

They put us in a room on the 4th floor, with no elevators, a family of 7, then told us the put us in the wrong room, that we reserved 2, back on the first floor. After we already carried our bags all the way up, we had to go all the way back down. After a long day of traveling . We were starving. The beds were so terrible I couldn’t sleep.

Terrible place, very uncomfortable with creepy security!

The day security guy wouldn’t let us use luggage cart for our seven suitcases and carry on bags, we were traveling with grandkids. He then seemed to be everywhere we were staring us down with creepy looks, it was very uncomfortable. The air conditioner broke second night with no compensation or apologies. The breakfast was hard to get into and not good, no options nearby. I would never stay here again.

Not allowed in to watch sea lion show on or day of departure although we missed a whole day of attending the aquatic center.. hardly any English spoken at front desk.
