Budget Friendly, Good Food, Friendly Owner, Easy beach access
Pros:

If you are looking for a budget friendly homestay which is close to Beach then you can't get better place than this. This stay is literally 50m from beach.
Rooms: Rooms are clean and well maintained, restrooms are also neatly maintained. There is hot water and AC Facility as well but if in case they are off just call owner and they will switch them on (No question asked).

This place also has a restaurant where the vegeterian, non-vegeterian and sea food are offered. Food is served really hot although you have to wait for 30 mins for each order to arrive. I'm vegeterian and I'm medium spicy person and for me taste is adequate.

Cons:

There is only limited 4 wheeler parking facility so if there are more cars or passenger vehicle then you have to find parking place.

The property is on the sea shore as the name suggests. Rooms were neat and clean. Food was not as per our taste but it depends may be you will like it. Value for money property. Main Gokarna beach is about 10 mins drive.
