Pros:

DoubleTree hotel in Tuzla is by far one of the best hotels I’ve ever been till now. Breakfast were some full tables with nothing to be missing from them. All of it was delicious me and my partner really enjoyed it. I also called for a room service twice and they were all so quick to assist me on the best way. Room service girl was very smiley and friendly and the housekeepers as well. The reception guys were the best because whichever problem I had or any imformation I needed they were always there very friendly very polite and very much professional. Also, the room was perfect and the bed so comfortable. The view from the room was amazing as you could see a great part of Tuzla from the windows. Also, loved the fact that when I put in the housekeeping sign just to get my breakfast, I sas missing for only 20-30 minutes and it was all done! So quick and professional all of them. Absolutely loved it I definitely recommend and surely will visit again!

Overall, we were very disappointed. The hotel definitely does not meet the expectations of Hilton.
Pros:

The breakfast was okay.
The check-out process was smooth.

Cons:

Online booking didn't work, despite providing the booking number, we had to wait for 15 minutes until the reservation was found in the system.
The room smelled of cigarette smoke, even though we were in a non-smoking area. The cleanliness in the room did not meet the Hilton standard at all.
We had to call housekeeping 2-3 times to receive bedding for the extra bed. They simply forget to come.

Perfectly OK for a short business trip. Does what it says on the tin.
Pros:

Decent hotel, it's a typical Doubletree! Large rooms, comfortable beds, some of the details are a bit worn but you get what you pay for and it's fine. It's stuck in the middle of roads and the industrial area so no opportunity to walk around or get out for an early morning run.

Cons:

Getting a bit worn at the edges - the shower leaks, automatic lights don't turn off. Nothing terrible, just a standard hotel that's getting a bit worn,

Pros:

The hotel in general was OK, for the name of it, my expectations were higher.

Cons:

The car parking was tight and needed to very carefully drive, otherwise there were poles of the parking cover all over.
Also, one thing which for me was unacceptable, was the shuttle cars, they just park at the entrance and in order to exit, you find your way!
