Buena ubicación.
Pros:

La ubicación tan céntrica y la amabilidad del personal.

Cons:

Ni con la calefacción ni con el A/C en modo calor fue posible calentar la habitación, por lo menos las sábanas eran térmicas. Las cortinas tampoco cerraban del todo por lo que la luz de la calle entra directamente mientras duermes.

Unica cosa positiva del soggiorno é stata la vista carina dalla finestra.

All'arrivo mi viene subito detto che non si può pagare con la carta per "problemi" , io prenoto e blocco la stanza con la carta perché giustamente voglio pagare con carta e all'arrivo mi viene rifiutato il pagamento con carta quindi costretto a pagare il conto in contanti, primo disagio. La nostra stanza é al 3 piano, saliamo e inizialmente sembra tutto ok, vedo il termosifone e chiedo se si può spegnere e il titolare mi fa no non si può, se vuoi accendi l'aria condizionata. Io che devo dormire nella stanza giustamente non posso spegnere i termosifoni se ho caldo, secondo disagio. Facciamo un check della stanza e vediamo una porta camuffata che sarebbe la porta di emergenza la quale si apriva e dava sulla strada c'era questa scala che si saliva e scendeva, una cosa assurda mai vista in vita mia, la stanza quindi non era isolata, si sentiva un qualsiasi rumore dall,esterno perché non era insonorizzata per nulla. Essendo un hotel a 3 stelle, HOTEL 3 STELLE ripeto, non ci hanno sistemato il letto neanche una volta. Le asciugamani dovevo informare ogni giorno ai titolari che volevamo che li cambiassero altrimenti neanche quelle ci cambiavano. Nei 4 giorni, 2 giornate l'ascensore non é funzionato ed é mancata l'acqua per una giornata, immaginate il disagio di stare senza corrente e senz'acqua. Una cosa indecente e indescrivibile. Mi domando ancora come é possibile che abbia tutte queste recensioni positive e le 3 stelle...
Dopo tutti questi disagi non ci é stato proposto neanche uno sconto.
Consiglio per tanto di stare lontano da questo hotel e di pagare qualcosa in più ed andare da una parte decente.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Istanbul! The location was perfect – close to all the main attractions and very convenient for exploring the city. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

A special thank you to Ömer for his exceptional hospitality. He was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile. He made us feel truly welcome from the very first day and was always available to assist with any questions or recommendations. His positive attitude and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable.

Highly recommended – we would definitely come back again!
