Staff was very friendly, the property is in a good location close to the grand bazar, shops and blue mosque. Easy access to the trains aswell
There is no daily cleaning during your stay-you need to request things like top up toilet paper, top up on room teas, fresh towels again. Bedding was not changed during a 8 night stay.
I do not recommend this place at all. It was a very sketchy and uncomfortable place where we felt unsafe. First, the guy at the reception (the owner) charged us the full amount even though the stay had already been paid for through Booking. I called my bank to check, and they confirmed that the payment had gone through. When I went back to discuss it with him, he suddenly pretended not to understand me and claimed that English was not his strong side, even though he had been speaking fluently both before and after that situation. I had to communicate with him through Google Translate even though he clearly understood me, and only after I mentioned the manager did he give my money back.
The only good thing was that he let us check into the room earlier when we first arrived, but that may also have been because I did not argue about the payment at first since I was waiting to confirm everything with my bank.
The room had no window, and I felt like there was no air. There was no hot water, and exactly at midnight the electricity went out. It was honestly creepy being stuck there without electricity and without a window.
I had a very strange feeling as soon as we arrived, so I took photos of our belongings exactly as we had left them. When we were leaving the hotel, he asked us where we were going, pretending to be overly nice and saying he wanted to explain the route to us, but in hindsight he probably just wanted to know how long we would be gone. When we came back, I compared the room to the photos and there were small signs that someone had been inside. I probably would not have noticed it if I had not taken pictures beforehand. Luckily, I had not left anything valuable in the room.
After the first night, we left even though the second night had already been paid for because we genuinely felt unsafe. Later, I found reviews on Google from other people saying that the owner is a scammer, and I honestly do not know how this place is still listed on Booking.
Very nice staff - friendly and gave good advice -, super big room and bathroom. The location is perfect to enjoy Istanbul. I could work on the terrasse which offers a beautiful view.
Don't forget cash to pay, we did many times but the manager allowed us to pay at departure.
Insulation is limited so prepare some earplugs not to be awaken by the mosque (very close and loud).
La posizione era ottima, a circa 7/8 minuti dalla fermata del tram più vicina e non lontano da piazza Sultanhamet.
Sinceramente non credevo che non ci fosse nemmeno una finestra in stanza ma magari avevo capito male io ; fatto sta che per quel poco tempo che trascorrevo in camera la cosa non mi è pesata molto.
Personalul destul de amabil si dispus sa ofere informații, sa ajute cu bagajul si eventualele reparații.
Camera in care am stat era curățată sumar, pereții aveau mucegai, noptierele erau nefolosibile, camera nu era încălzită decat cu un aer condiționat care nu baga căldură mai deloc iar presiunea la apa din baie era aproape inexistenta.

Kedves és segítőkész a személyzet, az ablak hiánya miatt elég csendes volt a szoba. Nagyon közel volt a látványosságokhoz.
Nem volt ablak a szobánkon, a tusolóból nehezen jött a víz. A LED fénysort nem lehetett állítani csak villogott.

The staff, environment, their behaviour, the room itself- everything was amazing. I really liked staying there.
The location was perfect. It's like the prime location at an affordable cost. All the historical places, great restaurants are in walking distance.
Also, the staff arranged our pickup from & to the airport, our little cruise trip and suggested us amazing restaurants at affordable prices,
I don't think there was any single issue that I can complain about.
I don't think there was anything that I didn't like about the hotel.
La ubicación tan céntrica y la amabilidad del personal.
Ni con la calefacción ni con el A/C en modo calor fue posible calentar la habitación, por lo menos las sábanas eran térmicas. Las cortinas tampoco cerraban del todo por lo que la luz de la calle entra directamente mientras duermes.
