Very modern and chic design
My room wasn’t cleaned to a high standard daily. Dirty cups were left in my room, a glass fell over and the glass remnants were not cleaned properly. My cups were not replaced. I received no turn down service for the whole duration of my stay. But a friend staying on the same floor did.
Very good breakfast. The pool area was nice.
1. The mattress options are too soft for people with back issues
2. Slightly odd that people from outside the hotel can also buy access to the sun-bed area (even during the high season, when it’s already packed). Therefore, during peak hours one might end up in a situation where all sun beds near the pool and beach are taken and then there’s nothing to do but wait while someone leaves.
The pool area was beautiful in fact all communal areas in the hotel were lovely.
I think the rooms could do with updating they need to match the highly appointed communal areas.

The lobby and breakfast was good, other than that i didn’t like anything.
The room service is too slow, i cant remember a time once i called room service and they picked up without the need of calling the reception for more than three times (maybe more) to let them know what I want, and believe me it took me 3hr+ just to order food and they never even called back until i personally went to reception. If you order any item, for example hangers, you will not get them unless you call or pass by the reception, so in a nutshell, their service as a hotel needs a lot of organizing . for a five stars hotel, and the room rates and what you have to pay, this is not acceptable. There were ants in the room, the ants were around all my sealed chocolate that i bought as souvenirs, and i had to get rid of the chocolate there. As a five stars hotel, it is not acceptable that there is no free parking area for guests, and u have to pay 35€ per night, just to park ur car, i would understand if this was a 1/2/3 stars hotel with lower rates, but comparing it with what you have to pay i see that free parking for guests is mandatory. You can never find beds on the pool, after 2pm, again as hotel guests, so if you’re thinking about a chill afternoon, or waking up whenever you feel like waking up and then passing by the pool, i tell you, forget about it you wont find a bed, even if u were a guest, you”ll have to wake up early and maybe continue sleeping on the tan bed rather than sleeping in your room just to have a bed for the day (yes, i’m being sarcastic here).
Hotel pool was lovely. Rooms were spacious. Breakfast was well presented with an array of food to choose from as well as a menu for eggs cooked your way.
The afternoon pumping music. It was too loud especially if you wanted to have a conversation or read by the pool.
La struttura molto bella ma organizzazione dei servizi e personale pessimo. Impossibile godersi la colazione o stare in piscina.
Il servizio. Il servizio colazione a causa del personale scortese e con una chiara voglia di non lavorare. Anche il personale di piscina, assolutamente assente. Una lotta per fare colazione su un mini tavolino o in una stanza interna freddissima (mi sono anche ammalata). I tavoli migliori venivano riservati. Anche in piscina. Mentre ti affannavi a fare la lotta per ottenere un lettino ti passavano davanti le signorine addette al servizio piscina che accompagnavano degli ospiti a cui avevano riservato i lettinoi con ombrelloni, e ovviamente nelle postazioni migliori. Ho girato centinaia di hotel 5 stelle, per me questo è il peggiore.
Ambiente che combina relax spiaggia. con il vibe della piscina. ColaIone super, grande flessibilità del personale. Struttura molto ben mantenuta. Molto buoni i due ristoranti dell’albergo. Puerto Banus e Porto Romano a 20-30 min di taxi.
