Very good hotel. Just need some more staff training on etiquette and manners. Not being on tik tok or instagram.
Pros:

Lovely hotel, and very smart. Location and beach great. Food very good and breakfast selection excellent.

Cons:

Poolside and restaurant staff need to learn customer 1st approach. Very entitled. More to life than tik tok and instagram

Pros:

Check-in was smooth, and the facilities are very nice. The highlight is the huge and amazing outdoor pool, with comfortable beach loungers. Breakfast was tasty, and during the three days we stayed, there was plenty to choose from.
For parking, I would recommend using the public parking lot behind the hotel, which is free of charge
The best rooms are on the top floor, away from Ammos Restaurant, which can be very noisy. It’s better to have a room facing away from the inner pool, as music plays there late into the evening

Cons:

Considering the price, the service at the bar and during breakfast could be improved. The organization felt somewhat chaotic — we had to wait quite a while to be seated for breakfast, and service for drinks at the pool and dinner was noticeably slow.
Another small drawback is the TV: in the 21st century, it should allow pairing with a mobile device or at least provide access to streaming services such as Netflix, which was missing here.

Pros:

EVERYTHING! This place is amazing. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Pool and ocean view from room was nice. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious. Pool area is beautiful and Beach access convenient. 12/10 recommend.

Pros:

we liked location, that hotel had bikes to rent, that they have parking and vallet parking, we liked italian restaurant very much, we liked breakfast very much ( they have many fruits, iberico hamon y iberico embutidas), we liked this excess to long promenade along the sea and we liked this huge hitted swiming pool

Cons:

we suppose that shared swimming pool may be not that convenient in the pick times. but since we have vivited it end cotober and we didn't have neighbourse, it was ok for us.
