Extrem toller Pool mit super Service, geniales Hotel aber der Strand ist verbesserungswürdig
Pros:

Der Service am Pool und Strand ist außergewöhnlich gut und auch das Essen. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und luxuriös mit sehr großer Dusche und schönem Balkon mit Ausblick. Das Frühstück war ein Traum, ein Eiergericht wird nach Auswahl auf der Karte zum Tisch gebracht + Warmgetränk nach Wahl und den Rest kann man sich vom sehr üppigen Buffet holen, alles sehr frisch, teils Bio und sehr lecker. Wir konnten jeden Tag etwas anderes probieren ;)

Cons:

Eigentlich nur 2 Themen: 1. die Minibar- und Snackkarte am Zimmer: diese ist overpriced und wurde plötzlich nach 2-3 Tagen gegen eine viel günstigere ausgetauscht weil wir nichts konsumiert hatten... das finde ich etwas unverschämt denn hier wird versucht noch etwas mehr Umsatz zu lukrieren obwohl man eh schon sehr viel für das Hotel ausgibt (ich habe beide Karten fotografiert, siehe Bilder). Auch das Reinigungspersonal könnte zumindest ein wenig genauer sein (Bidet wurde nur erst nach 3 Tagen gereinigt und der Balkon wurde ganze Woche nicht geputzt - hier hätte Man zumindest den Sand wegkehren können. Und 2. ist der Strand leider eine Katastrophe. Es liegt sehr viel Müll herum, auch im Bereich der Liegen weil die Leute alles runterschmeißen (Strohhalme, Zigarettenstummel usw.) und auch das Hotel scheint nicht interessiert zu sein aufzuräumen. Bei starker Strömung und Wellengang den wir hatten war leider auch sehr viel Müll im Meer und man musste schon etwas weiter rausschwimmen damit man nicht ständig irgendwelche Plastikteile an den Armen kleben hatte... hier müssten die Hotels gemeinsam an einer Lösung arbeiten um den angespülten Müll wegzubekommen.

Fab location, high end comfort and decor but be advised this is not for those wanting a quiet relaxing stay!
Pros:

Great location and impressive hotel layout, decor and comfortable sunbeds and bedrooms

Cons:

Constant music around the pool from 11am getting progressively louder throughout the day, and into the early hours …. We were not advised this was the hotel vibe prior to booking

Clubbing and party hotel, not the place to relax or unwind
Pros:

Faciliteiten waren uitstekend, personeel was heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk maar wellness viel wat tegen. Ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en laat niets te wensen over.

Cons:

Na de lunch verandert het hotel in een club met DJ met enorm luide muziek; echt niet normaal meer. Dat trekt een dance scene publiek waar ook velen van buiten op af komen waarbij het hotel duidelijk wil verdienen aan cocktails en heerlijke maar zwaar overprijsde hapjes. Ook gezeur dat betalende externe gasten de ligbedden van de hotelgasten innemen en niet OK dat het hotel hier dubbel op probeert te verdienen.
Ook in de nacht werden we veelvuldig wakker gehouden door feestvierende jongeren die rond 04.00 uur uit de clubs terugkwamen en vervolgens op hun kamers nog een afterparty organiseerde. Het hotelpersoneel probeerde dat te managen maar het was bijna elke avond raak met slaande deuren, luide muziek en schreeuwende, vaak dronken, gasten.

Very poor experience
Pros:

Breakfast was really good and hotel pool is really nice. A lot of free parking around the property

Cons:

Upon arrival we were told that they are currently really busy and that we should take our luggage to our room by ourself. They offered us welcome drink, but we never received one also.

Our initial room that we received was dirty, full of other people hair on bed, pillows, sofa. It was also heavily infested with ants and other bugs that were crawling from behind the big desk directly out of the wall and could be found everywhere(in bathroom, on bed, sofa, etc...). After multiple requests that were denied and even shown videos to the front desk and hotel manager, they finally changed our room after 11PM on that day. Again no service was provided to help with luggage or anything else.

To finish it all, on last day heavy wind was blowing and the large sunshade from some other guest was ripped and hit our sunbed and then went directly inside the pool while we were lying on the sunbed. The result - hotel stuff came and decided to close our sunshade and not allow us to use it anymore, but allowed all the other guests(including the ones that got their sunshade ripped) to use sunshades normally as nothing happened.

This was my second year coming to this property and staying there and I must state that it was a very poor experience for a 5 star property and embarrassment for Mett as a hotel brand.

Very bad hygiene.
Pros:

Reception staff was friendly.

Cons:

It has the worst hygiene I ever seen.

When I checked in the room was not clean I shared the photos, in the breakfast all the cups, dishes and cutlery smells very bad it’s not clean at all.
