コンビニやマッサージ店がコンド内に有るのでとても便利である、特に雨の日等には全く濡れずに行動できる。
街の中心地に行くのにもとても便利な立地であり、タクシードライバーには「バナワ、サンダンス」で伝わるので楽である。

Cons:

リビングのソファベッドが耐用年数を超えている。座り心地が悪い。。

A Great Efficiency Apartment in Town...
Pros:

EVerything exactly as pictured. It's a fine little place with a nice view over the city, very fabulous sunset views!

Cons:

The gym was totally functional and appreciated. It had a set of freeweights and a few machines.. plus a treadmill.

Pros:

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me, the manager went outside and called a cab for me, it's not his job, but, he made sure that I got a cab, Tes was very helpful also, she made sure that my trip went very smoot, room was very nice, I tried to re book it, but, it was all sold out, thanks, to those people who are the best at what they do

Great find, would recommend to anyone, comfortable and clean with great facilities.
Pros:

Unbelievable find, the place is spotless and has so many facilities for a little apartment. There’s a great pool and gym in the building you can use, and the apartment is exactly as pictured. And there’s a washing machine which was so handy for backpackers!!

I love the customer service - from booking in to checking out - everything was smooth. The property owner was reassuring, and the caretaker was also accomodating to our needs. The property was neat and order when we had our 3-day staycation. I had this property booked twice, and the quality of relaxation remains the same. 💖💖💖
