From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Credit Card holder must present their ID at the property during check in time for the payment should reservation reserve under other guest name.
- Access to and use of the Level 3A facilities floor are exclusively available to long-stay guests who have booked directly through the hotel brand’s official website or sales representatives, as well as guests with wellness packages.

Other guests may access the facilities with an additional fee of RM25+ per person per day.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

تسببنا بعطل في شاشة الال جي في الغرفة
واخبرت الموظف بنفسي
وطلب مني دفع اكثر من 240ريال عماني
ولم يرضى بأقل من ذلك

تفأجأت بعدها ان قيمة الجديدة أرخص من ذلك بكثير

Cons:

The breakfast menu. They should diversify the menu to include intercontinental breakfast dishes or choices such as cheese platter and cooked eggs not only boiled eggs. My had hard time to eat. Only boiled eggs and toast and jam was there.

La habitació-estudio podria tenir un microones, a les fotos es veu. L'esmorzar no disposava de llet calenta o a temperatura ambient, només amb gel, el cafè era molt dolent i tampoc hi havia soluble.
