non ho voluto essere polemico durante il soggiorno

Le foto non rispecchiano la realta' del mini appartamento il quale non ha soddisfatto le mie aspettitive, la doccia solo acqua fredda, i mobili della cucina rotti gli sportelli ti cadevano in testa, aria condizionata puzzolente, probabilmente i filtri mai puliti, arrivato alle sette di sera nell'appartamento ancora non c'erano nemmeno le lenzuola ed il materasso faceva ribrezzo ed era molto scomodo. la proprietaria fino alle sette di sera del giorno del check in ancora non aveva mandato le istruzioni per l'entrata nell'edificio. Gentile al telefono, pero' non era d'aiuto. mi ha chiesto tre volte l'indirizzo email che prontamente gli giravo per messaggio ma lei continuava a richiederlo. Non ci ritornerei.

Pros:

Good kitchen, had a fridge. It was quiet with the windows shut. Location was good. Nice view.

Aircon was noisy when it rained. I would have liked to have a top sheet.

It was okay.
Pros:

Good location and has 24 hour security.

Cons:

It’s difficult to get in touch with the person managing the unit and we were expecting a nice well-maintained unit based from the very good reviews but we were disappointed to see what the actual place looks like. We were not even sure if the bedsheet was new.

Lovely little apartment – had everything I needed!
Pros:

This apartment was small but super cozy and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It’s nicely decorated, very clean, and has a welcoming feel. Perfect for a short stay – I really appreciated the attention to detail. I’d definitely book it again!

Good value, nice area, friendly host!
Pros:

Miss Antonette was quick to reply and helpful, the location is quite nice, lots of convenience nearby and a nice area overall. Pool is nice too.

Cons:

When we arrived the room wasn't cleaned yet, but quick communication with the host resolved that without an issue. Seemed like an honest mistake at worst.

Pros:

Good for solo traveller! It was very clean, modern and comfortable! The owner was very helpful with my questions.

Cons:

The shower wasn’t hot but I was only there for 1 night so I didn’t mind.

Everything was perfect. Comfortable and spacious inside the unit. Host response quick and helpful
Pros:

The unit that we stayed at. Being on a top floor was amazing view.

Cons:

No parking. It’s kind of hassle as I have to park somewhere far. I had to take tricycle or grab after I parked my car. If they can put parking options on the reservation it would be nice 🙂

Well I love the unit it's peaceful and clean
Pros:

I stayed in a different unit due to some reasons of instalation on the unit. The unit I transferred was still a catch and nice. I booked my trip on Holy week to meditate and place was really good.,it was clean, the bed is comfy with smart TV, the AC is cold, I was able to cooked for days which is really nice,no balcony, my view was the neighbour building and partly the Hypermarket, but it still giving a peace vibes on me. I aso loved that they provide bathe essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash and handsoaps as well towels. Although had this not so nice first hand experienced with the caretaker but Kudos to Ms. Tonette the other person whom accommodated me politely and very helpful in every queries I had. She is amazing with all my needs and really assisted me so well.

Cons:

Only with the one caretaker they assigned, she's not responsive on my messages or will reply late but thanks Ms. Tonette assist me well even though she is not in charge of me.
